Me and my friend visited Hayatt place earlier this month for 4 nights and we had the best experience. To begin with all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and the service was great. Our room was clean and spacious with an amazing ocean view. All the staff at Hayatt place made me and my friend feel at home and we felt safe at all times. I can not recommend this hotel enough and we are hoping to return later in the year.

Words cannot begin to describe the warm welcome and amazing service that I had received at Hyatt Place. As 2 young girls the staff made us feel safe and protected helping us with any enquiries. Although it was only as short 4 days the memories that were made there will stay with me for a lifetime. My friend and I will most definitely return back due to the top class hospitality making our holiday a 10/10 experience.

We stayed for a week in March 2023 and were very impressed. Hyatt Place (not to be confused with Hyatt Regency) is up on a hill above the long stretch of beach running south from Taghazout village, which makes for wonderful views over the ocean. You can walk down to the beach in about 20 minutes - theres a wooden staircase going down the hill - or theres a shuttle bus for the lazy. From there theres a wide concrete path running all the way north to Taghazout village and south to Tamraght, passing various similar resort hotels (including the Hyatt Regency) on the way.nnThe evening meals at the Hyatt are amazing - its a self-serve buffet but without any of that hint of school canteen that is common in similar hotels. Theres an amazing array of salads and hors doeuvres for starters, followed by an equally impressive range of main courses, always including at least two delicious tagines. Desserts are mostly tiny slithers of various tarts - which is great because you can have several without feeling youve pigged out!nnLunch is available by the pool, but here we felt the menu and food were less impressive. There are a couple of nice salads available, but also a number of fast food options (3 varieties of hot dog, a rather disappointing burger) and we felt that the kitchen team would do better to concentrate on genuine Moroccan food - at which they excel - rather than trying unsuccessfully to satisfy demand for American junk food.nnThere are two swimming pools. The smaller one is heated all year round (I presume) and in fact in March it was almost uncomfortably warm - it must have been well over 30C. The larger pool is unheated and was definitely refreshing!nnOur bedroom was spotless; comfy bed; nice balcony overlooking the pool area and sea; large walk-in shower.nnTheres also a decent gym, and of course a spa. I had an ayurvedic massage which was amazing - thanks, Hasna! It was so good, in fact, that I went back a couple of days later for the same again. My wife had a facial and manicure and was very happy with her choices too.nnAll the hotel staff were absolutely delightful and always keen to help - including happily accommodating our slightly eccentric request every night for a bunch of fresh mint to take up to our room to make a Moroccan-style nightcap.nnAll in all, very hard to find fault. Definitely recommended.

I had a great stay at this location. If I come back to Morocco, I would definitely stay here again. The food was great. Amenities are awesome. The pool area with palm trees is gorgeous. Great place to see the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.

The service at Hyatt Place from Hasna and Ghizlan for the hamam was exceptional, very good! They were so friendly and funny and I enjoyed the whole experience! nnFatima the cleaner also was very friendly and use to clean our room to a very high standard!nnYasin and Moustfa the shuttle bus drivers were very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and showed us around the town!

This is a lovely hotel, ideal for those looking for a calmer and relaxing stay. Breakfast and room sizes were highlights for us. Located on a hill about 3 mins drive to the beach. The hotel provides a shuttle mini bus to take you to the beach and pick you up again. nWe will be returning again soon.

I hade the best massage from Hesna never had a massage so good in my life, will defo come back to get a massage next time I come Morocco and will book this beautiful hotel as well Hyatt place Taghazout

Fantastic hotel in a great location with amazing views of the Atlantic! All the staff are brilliant and go the extra mile, made to feel extremely welcome. Food was good and caters to all. Can’t wait to visit again.

Had a lovely week there. The Hotel is very nice and you can reach the beach in 5mins. Staff are very friendly. Special shout-out to Meriyem from Housekeeping, Room was always in perfect condition and the service was excellent.
