The Titanic is the first and only 27-hole championship course in Belek, which has been designed according to the rigorous demands of European Golfers by Hawtree of England Golf Architects. The extra holes allow you to choose between playing a full 18 holes, or trying your hand at one of 3 different combinations of 9 holes, if you have less time available. Each 9 hole section has its own unique character, so it is possible to find a combination that suits your own golf style or tests or skills.
This course is the perfect destination course for European visitors, because the unique Belek climate allows tourists the chance to play 365 days per year. The sandy ground is able to support well-kept greens and fairways, but it is also perfectly adapted to allow water to run off quickly and easily, so that the course remains playable, even if unseasonal rain does set in.
The course designers have strived to incorporate as many of the area’s natural features into the design as possible, so that the lakes, dunes and rivers which sit on this 13 hectare site act as some of the course’s many challenges. Many of the tees sit atop dunes, to give you a perfect view across the course, and towards the snow-capped Taurus Mountain range and across the Mediterranean Sea. The course offers four different tees, so that players of different ages and abilities have the opportunity to challenge themselves properly.
Once off of the course, the Titanic’s Training Area offers the perfect place to brush up on some of your skills. The driving range offers 40 training tees facing three large target greens for those who need to work on their long game, whilst there is also a putting-chipping green, and a pitching area for practicing bunker shots.
