Its the third time that we are here and same always it was nicely. We stayed at the Maxx Royal in October 2021 for 12 days. We had a great time there, celebrating our wedding day and both our birthdays. Our personal hosts were Ilyar and Kateryna and they were very friendly, always helpful at any time and in any situation (our kids were both sick for 3 days with high fever) and were always aiming to provide the best service, which they did. We were surprised with cakes and ballons in the room on each of our three days where we had something to celebrate. Both were again super-friendly and helpful while our kids were sick, asked how they were feeling every day and always cared about if we’d need anything else. Offered help even during times outside of their shift hours or organized someone else who could help and be there for us. The

We were 20 persons went for lady holiday at Maxx Royal Belek. It's our first visit for all of us, We are impress of all the facilities and service at Maxx Royal. During this Covid -19,disinfection rutine is doing clean and carefully through the whole area. All the restaurants provide delicious food, The Melange patisserie makes mouth watering cakes. Maxx Royal is a place has to be experienced. Especially thanks to Zizu and Ebru who are the assistants for us during the stay. They are so patient and helpful to all of us. We will absolutely come back soon.

It’s our 3rd time in Maxx Royal Belek !! And I won’t replace this hotel ever !!! One of the best hotels in the world , the service is in the highest level , the room , the capacity , the food , the cleaning , the entertainment , and above all of it was added with the best two assistances Zizo and Ebru !!! They were so professional and nice to us , we had the best welcome thanks to them . I can’t wait to get back here again !!! It was the best holiday !!!! Thanks to the Maxx Royal Belek staff !! We have had an amazing time in the Hotel during the New Year 2022. “Gala Dinner” was good, food and service were on the top level, however, the music was extremely laud and old fashion. The next days music/show program were much more interesting and definitely” up to date”. In the Hotel the hospitality is clearly on the top level. All stuff is supportive and proactive. Extremely positive impression from Gym, Fitness programs and Fish and Asian restaurants. The main Restaurant and 24 Restaurant at -1 level are on the top ranking – waiters and overall employees are excellent trained and extremely helpful. Extraordinary experience in a “Steak House”. Additional point to the concierge /personal assistants: Maria and Emir – helpful and extremely hospitality oriented- exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at Maxx Royal. Great Food and drinks. The golf course was in fantastic shape as well. All in all fantastic hotel with two fantastic assistants: Ebru an Zizu. They made everything possible - thanks for everything! See you next time

I have one word for this hotel AMAZING! I went with my partner & our 7 year old daughter over new year & I wouldn’t want to spend it anywhere else. From the start to the end it was the most relaxing week I’ve had in a long time. We have stayed in lots of hotels around the world & I can honestly say this has been the best so far. We had a room just above reception so that was a little noisy but it was very central to everything in the hotel & the good sound proofing meant it could have been a lot worse. The food was fantastic, the cocktails to die for, the service was above & beyond & everything was so clean. Zizu & Ebru where our ladies looking after us (mainly via WhatsApp) & where lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. I have never said before that I’d like to go back to a

We spent a week in this hotel, including the New Year celebration. Everything was perfect - service, food, entertainment. Our assistants Ebru and Zizu were very kind and helpful. A great experience for us was a visit to the restaurant Gastro by Alfredo Russo with the Michelin menu and the Japanese restaurant. The only thing that reduced the overall impression was the behavior of a very large Russian clientele, but it is not the fault of the hotel. All staff were very helpful.
