We had a great experience at Titanic Belek. The accommodation was pristine and well maintained. The service excellent provided by our VIP assistants Tatiana and Tetsiana. We will come back end of April this year to enjoy the resort, food and great golf courses in the area. Also the steak restaurant was amazing quality and perfect service!

Nice environment and conditionsnWe had nice and pleasant days at the hotel. Given the season, and the experience we have, we had an attitude of what to expect. In the interest of truth, we are slightly disappointed. We chose this hotel for a family occasion - birthdays with anniversaries. It is unknown why the Superior room we booked was upgraded to the more comfortable Bali villa. But keeping in mind the season of January - any access to the spa area and dining facilities should be done by walking on the outside walkways. We understandably declined this option and were accommodated in the room we had reserved. There is definitely no difference in the furnishings between a Standard room and a Superior room. The difference is 5-6 square meters in favor of the Superior and a two-seater sofa instead of an armchair. But the terrace of the standard room is covered, like the Superior one - there is no cover on top and the rain falls directly on it, and the sun burns and scorches in the same way. I definitely do not recommend choosing a Superior room. Event management is also not tailored to guests who have booked months in advance of their stay. During our stay on two of the days there was a seminar organized by one of the Turkish banks - certainly an impressive number of employees. One of their events continued past the time when lunch began to be served in the main restaurant. After closing their event at 1:30 p.m. until 14:30 (end of lunch) it was impossible to feed tourists outside the organized group. There were huge queues at every food station and a lack of seating in the halls. The bad thing was that after the departure of this group, a large group of guests from Hatay settled in the hotel - about 50-70 people, accompanied by children. This group was overwhelming and a test for every area of the hotel. I do not understand how it is possible in a hotel of this class to allow such large groups of people who are clearly self-organizing and it is clear that such groups create tension with the other guests. The spa area was a reserved area for them with songs and dances from Hatay. I note that children under the age of 7 were allowed in the sauna and steam bath. They played with balls in the heated pool /no possibility to relax/ and no reaction from the staff. I would also note remarks about the food, but I will save them for myself. Super kudos to the ladies who cleaned the rooms and all the waiters. It was they who made our stay wonderful. I recommend the hotel, but in no case at the price at which it is offered!

Excellent from start to finish. nFacilities were great. Everything was very clean and well maintened. Golf courses were absolutely amazing, very easy transfers to and from the courses aswell. Brilliant week

Truly Amazing Hotel, Arrived late March on a Golf & Partners week holiday from Turkey & UK.nUpon arrival we were greeted with drinks Champagne Beers or Soft Drinks and an accompanyment of luscious macarons. We were ushered into one of several sumptuous lounges by friendly receiption staff who took our passports whilst we relaxed and returned with paperwork for signature that contained our respective personal details of our stay, we were then asked to notify them when we were ready to attend our rooms which we did and luggage was taken to our allocated accomodation. Our 26 strong party had been reserved a wing of the hotel and a section of the main Restaurant to allow the party togetherness! Our balconies overlooked the River and for Standard Rooms were spacious and of a good standard with quality toiletries and robes, this hotel provides pillow menu and are very aware of your comfort being extremely important. Plenty of space for clothes and personal items in both wardrobe drawers + bathroom areas.nAfter unpacking we met some of our group in the Cordelia Lobby Bar and we had enhanced taste of Titanic professionelism and friendliness which I have to add continued throughout our stay. They attended to our needs from seating us together and making ladies were comfortable on the huge sofas, drinks orders then arrived promptly we appreciated the premium branding used in all drinks and we found out later that whether we drank there, Noble Irish Bar, Caprice Cafe Bar, Palm Beach Bar or Restaurants Drinks and Service was first rate and faultless.nPalm Beach Bar was wonderful again happy staff beautiful surroundings with ocean views, great fun spinning roulette wheel to discover what drink we would try had lots of laughs with our friends and staff alike, caught a few rays of sunshine here too. I loved the excersise to Beach about 35 mins from hotel but thelittle shuttle train runs up and down as does the in high season so no problem if you don’t want to walk or can’t don’t miss out on the beach or beach bar & staff! Be warned shots can be dangerous ??nMain Restaurant food was süper they have thought of everyone I am a selective eater and found lots of beautiful fresh gorgeous food to eat Morning Lunch & Dinner. Salads incorporating fish meats cheeses or vegetarian, couldn’t fault food or huge variety of dishes on offer tried lots of alternative varieties that gave me the confidence because they looked and tasted amazing, wines to accompany main marka were of a high quality too. Staff were always attentive pleasant and plentiful. Pascarella İtalian Restaurant which we tried later one afternoon was also a lovely smaller more intimate plase to dine Pasta dishes were superb too.nCaprice Cafe Bar overlooking swimming pool was lovely to sit with a coffee or Beer and watch the world go by, staff as always just as attentive.nGuest Relations whilst situated in Lobby also walked around hotel and made themselves known to guests and asked if everything was going well with our stay, felt they genuinely cared about guests and the hotel. I did mention the lack of a physical Map ??️ I’m a technophobe and having to download to my phone was a nightmare yes I know staff were willing to help so no real problem! Spa facilities were also excellent and loved the quiet curtained areas we used to Chill Out, Vitamin Bar very good too ??. I have to mention adjoining Golf ⛳️ Courses which looked very good and on my early morning walks were being tended by staff, hubby said his only critisism maybe the Fairways needed a little more watering, but Courses were excellent to play on. To sum up our weeks holiday/visit it was Truly Amazing Outstanding and we have visited other Belek Golf Hotels of a high standard - However Your Hard Work Means We Will Be Back To Visit You, Fabulous Teamwork Everyone Was Fantastic Housekeeping Did A Brilliant ??
