Wonderful staff and even more wonderful buffet food catering to every palate one could think of.Truly varied and tasty,a gourmand’s delight. Great setting and challenging and superbly maintained golf courses. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone,be it couples or golf groups.

Good value for money, easy golf course access. Friendly service , very good quality of food for all inclusive hotel. Beach, kids club and other public places maintained on high standards. Stuff is very friendly.

Yet another incredible stay at this amazing hotel. Home from home ❤️. Staff are always really helpful and go out of there way to ensure you have a great stay.nBilal at the pier bar is fabulous at keeping drinks flowing and Yunis the pier lifeguard is always on hand to keep the pier safe and chat to us. It was lovely to see Murat again having moved to the French restaurant last year- always so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Also great to see Zafer again in the buffet restaurant and he was as welcoming and helpful as always. nGood A la Carte restaurants though it’s a shame they started charging for River Landing the fish restaurant- it was pretty much empty most of the time. The selection of food available at the buffet and outdoor grill was amazing as always. Something to suit everyone and really delicious . nZafer, Zalfer and Yasmin in the lobby bar were so nice and the cocktails/ drinks were fabulous. Lots of premium spirits available too. Nurallah at Tracey’s bar was always helpful and chatty too.nThe new pool is great and the gym is good- not huge but well equipped.nLots of evening entertainment across the resort in various locations too with different bands, cabaret, DJ’s.nIt’s always so nice to catch up with our Gloria holiday friends here every year too. nReally looking forward to returning this year after the refurbishment is complete.

Although the bedrooms require refurbishment (which I think will take place shortly) the hotel was superlative in every other way.The food was both varied and superb whilst the staff were unfailingly cheerful,polite and helpful. This hotel is excellent value for money and I would recommend it to anyone.

All aspects of the hotel that we used were at or better than expectations. The staff at all levels always did their best to make our stay enjoyable. We found the buffet selection amazing for all meal times. We also enjoyed the three a la carte restaurants. Wine is good quality too.

Overall good but food and service at breakfast not always up to standard. Food not hot enough and breakfast shift staff appearing not interested and very slow to clear tables. Room was comfortable but had dodgy sockets and not enough lighting. Positively the a la carte restaurants, food and service was excellent.
