Gloria Verde 6 Rounds
Gloria New Golf Course
The Gloria New Golf Course has been designed to test a range of different skill sets, and the pleasing balance between par-threes, par-fours and par-fives will mean that you will have the opportunity to use every club in your bag if you want to come home with a good score. Although it is not the hardest course in the Belek area, it has been designed to allow most golfers to test their skills or warm-up before progression onto some harder hitters.
Like many of Belek’s courses, the Gloria New course is nestled amongst the area’s natural pine trees, with beautiful rolling fairways and stunning vistas. What sets the Gloria New course apart from its contemporaries is the use of dramatic elevated tees on some holes, tricky doglegs which require careful thought and challenging water holes which call for the utmost precision.
The Gloria facility includes 45 holes in total, spread across 2 18 hole courses, and the 9 hole Verde course. Visitors can also make use of the Gloria Golf Academy and Driving Range, with bays for up to 48 players to practice their driving skills at any one time. There is also an 18 hole putting course for those looking to work on their short game. The clubhouse includes an indoor and outdoor dining terrace with selections of delicious dishes and drinks for those wishing to make the most of the glorious Turkish climate.

We r visiting Belek regulary in Nivember for many years with friends ant their families. We stayed in many hotels but Gloria Verde was our all time favourite. We booked the same place this year but due G20 summit we were upgraded to Gloria golf. We liked this one too. It is much bigger complex and has many facilities and restaurants. It is great for children too (kids club, babysitting). This hotel seems a bit older and we missed the charm and attention to detail from the hotel we booked originally. The food and drinks are very good quality but rooms are not up to standard of a five star hotel. Too small, paper walls, vardrobe so tiny that no shelves or drowers can be fitted, This really was an issue for us, we are a family with a child and an infant and this room of 10 m2 was deffinitely not an upgrade in our opinion but overal we had a great time.
Our group of 12 golfers played 2 rounds at each (New and Old) of the courses. Both courses were in good conditions. We had mixed handicaps (11 - 28). The Old course starts with 2 holes over water so make sure you are ready from the off. 2nd hole (Par 3) needed a 150 yard carry to the green with practically no bail out area. Overall the front 9 was much longer and harder than the back nine. The New course was a bit more forgiving with lots of water features from the 8th onwards. Both courses were tree lined but not much rough so not too many lost balls if you can keep out of the many water hazards. Our group was split on which course they enjoyed the best but all of us wanted to come back. Weather was very hot so glad we had buggies ( 30 Euros if staying at Gloria hotels) but very much needed. The New course is probably the best to play if you are a high handicapper.
As a professional golf caddy I see a lot of courses, great good and bad and this one is a great venue! Lovely facilites, good restaurant, changing rooms, well stocked shop but most of all, 2 cracking 18 hole courses (plus a 9 hole) and fabulous practice facilites. Really good staff and vey friendly and I would recommend Gloria GC to all... groups, couples, everyone.... top class!
Challenging well set out tidy courses. Greens were fast and true. The service, buggies and provision of water spot on.
Fantastic hotel and the accommodation is superb. The food in the afternoon at the snack bars is lovely. I cannot fault the evening meals in the various restaurants or the outside barbecue. The golf courses we played were also tough but fair and you got what you deserved. I would definitely recommend this resort.
Great place to sit and relax with a cool drink and watch other golfers finishing on the 18th who all seem to be playing better then are group.
My 13 year old son and I played 3 rounds here during a family holiday and we simply cannot fault it. We played twice on the old course and one round of the new course on our last day and also spent numerous hours using the world class practice facilities. My son is quite new to golf so we purposely booked tee times for periods we were advised there were no groups immediately behind and on all 3 rounds could take our time and really enjoy it. The old course is the more challenging but we both enjoyed the new course more. Both are immaculate with tee positions that suit all abilities. The greens are perfect, the fairways just the right width (for me). The meals we had sat outside the clubhouse were also really nice and good value for money. We even saw a tortoise on the 3rd tee on the old course. We were at Gloria in late May and early June 2018so not quite peak season and I think that really made a difference. It wasn't crowded, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The whole experience meant my son came away hooked on golf and for me that says it all. I even let him beat me on the last day! 😉 I cannot reccomend Gloria Golf club highly enough. Thank you!
We spend 5 days at the hotel. The junior suite was great. There were a lot of attractions for my 4 year old girl so she also had a really good time. There was even a zoo we spent hours feeding the goats. Golf course and the golf instructors were (Ramazan) professionals. Food was also good. had a really good time although it was a winter time...
