Lykia Links Specifications

The course has been designed by Perry O. Dye to emulate some of the classic links courses which are found across Europe and North America, whilst also fitting in perfectly with Belek’s natural features. The rolling sand dunes and rumpled fairways are well-situated in a peaceful area beside a river estuary which flows into the Mediterranean Sea. At times, the course backs straight onto the sun-kissed beach. However, players are warned not to expect a gentle stroll in the sun from the Lykia Links – the course has already developed a tough and challenging reputation.

Like many of Perry O. Dye’s other courses, the Lykia Links features a mischievous “risk and reward” element. If you dare to take the chance, you could see yourself making real gains on this course, but if you do not place your shots perfectly, then you may find yourself falling behind. Bunkers and areas of rough guard the greens, and golfers must consider the potential effects of the prevailing crosswinds coming in off of the sea. The combination of different course challenges means that this links course is pleasantly difficult for high and low handicappers alike.

When you are not out on the course, you will be able to visit the Links’ well-stocked Pro shop or visit the highly regarded clubhouse restaurant and bar area. The adjoining Hotel and Wellness facility is also the perfect place for rest and relaxation after your round.

My experience and objective opinion with this resort oriented for conventional families overall was pretty good. Staff is very friendly and professional,  mostly English, Russian, German and certainly Turkish speaking. All safety measures with respect to global pandemic situation due to COVID-19 were taken: mostly staff woren masks, installed plexiglass in dining areas, and the staff were serving food to us from behind it. No social distance were maintained by vacationers, but that is a cultural thing for post- Soviet Union nationals, and only Eropeans wore masks. Propertie's territory is very big, very green with cleaning and maintenance performed frequently. Lots of fun activities for kids of all ages and adults. Food was excellent! Acces to the sea is very convenient. In fact not all the rooms corresponds to the 5-star classification, and some rooms in reality are not as pictured on their website. Our first room in 2 stories building in the back of the property was in unacceptable condition with obvious signs of post flooding damages and smell of moisture. After my little talk with the reception management I was offered to be moved to a better room, the Hamam Siut with private pool access. My family (from Ukraine) and I, from that moment began enjoying our vacation with all ultra-all inclusive amenities! We all had a good time and so much unforgettable fun! Location of the resort is within an hour to the west from Antalya, the road to the resort leads through unattractive and neglected rural farming region, but resort itself does deserve your attention. I was the only one American there, as I was told, not surprising to me, it is very far for Americans to travel for family vacation to Antalya. It is definitely a great vacation place for European families! Have fun with your families!

Went to this course in February and found it to be in fabulous condition. One or two of the greens had been deliberately sabotaged by a previous green keeper who had been sacked but they had been well repaired although still scarred. We had great weather and the course is very scenic as it runs along the coast. If I have the chance I would definitely love to play this course again.

Our group of twenty have just completed a round of golf here and I have to say every one of our group have said they would play this every day if they could, personally I thought it was absolutely fantastic, in excellent condition and probably one of the best courses I have ever played. Will definitely come back next year.

My husband and I had fantastic time at Lykia Links hotel! We went to this hotel for the first time and were pleased with every single bit (obviously we were many times in Turkey before, always in high rate hotels). Hotel is lovely, rooms upgraded - everything is fresh new and chic, staff very friendly and helpful. My husband is a golfer so he enjoyed links course which was in the best possible condition, along the sea, so the views were breath-taking! I meanwhile enjoyed the beach club with perfect infrastructure (we were lucky for that week of good weather). Food was great, so highly recommended!

This is by far the best layout in the whole of Belek In my opinion and I have played them all Designed by the Famous Pete Dye’s son They have done a great job in manufacturing a links feel to the course , undulating fairways , pot bunkers , wispy grasses , you can even hear the sea This is the first time here , I gather going back a few years it was the place to be , unfortunately it is in the middle of nowhere , minutes from the clear signs of run down and deprived areas , and with stiff competition from the likes of Carya & Maxx Royal , in a developed strip of land surrounded by golf courses , trade has gradually dried up With an injection of cash , it would be a force to reckon with again , we are only talking weeds , bunker edging and aesthetics though A less experienced or relatively new golfer may find the course below par to others , but a travelled golfer would grasp the potential The reception is a comedy nobody knew what was going on , the circular bar area is something from a movie , cannot comment on the hotel as never seen it But I will again mention the quality of that course , it has not held events like others in the area have paid to hold , but if you do your homework it has won more awards and accolades than any other Crying out for investment , but well worth a game

Wow !. A "real" links course with stupendous 180° views of the Mediterranean. And - what a relief ! - you actually "hear" the sound of nature instead of traffic and hotel-noises, like on manyt of the orher Belek courses. Quite forgiving course with peculiar bunkers. A bit of confusion on and around the 15, 16,17 th hole (adjacent fairways). Very sympathetic clubhouse and friendly staff serve you well at reasonable prices..

All food of golf hause are awesome and all staff are veru kind so we had very happy time in a week. Specially Arda and Zeynap are super kind and the best staff I have never ever seen. I really appreciate to Arda and Zeynap. Even Zeynap can speek Korean.

Decided to play this course as it was the only links in Turkey and Belek as rest of them are parkland with trees. Drove from my hotel Adalya Elite Lara which was about 50 minutes and 30 mins from Belek. After leaving the D400 its another 10km through local farms and houses which was not an issue. On arrival it looked busy but was able to get a tee time within 30 mins. Played two other persons, someone staying at the hotel and clubs pro/coach which was an experience. The course was in really good condition but slightly spoiled by variance of speed on the greens. The play was also slow due to the fact it had holiday makers playing, but it wasn't an issue. The views of the course was amazing with the sea and locals fishing. The course is long but it didn't feel as such as the layout was good. As a mid handicapper I did well as I managed to keep fair amount on the fairway.

Everything was top notch. Good reception from the golf director. Golf pro and course marshal all treated us brilliantly. Room was very nice and food was bloody brilliant. Would recommend for a golf holiday - the course is exceptional!
