Excellent service in the bar. Tasty cocteils made by barchief Emin! Very good. We are happy on holidays. Personal service in the bar, smile and jokes with our daughter. Замечательный барчиф Эмин, всегда делал всей нашей семье вкусные коктейли.
I’m quite surprised that some people could fault this hotel. For the money that I paid for this hotel (a weekend with a round of golf on my departure) my expectations were exceeded. I had dinner in the main restaurant on Friday and Saturday then Sunday I decided to make a reservation at the seafood A’la carte restaurant. The view is outstanding. You are on the terrace of the golf clubhouse, having dinner overlooking the golf course and sea. The room I was in was huge. It was clean airy and again looked over the golf course and sea. The balcony was large, had 2 sun beds that are also chairs. When I’m being served, all the staff had face masks on but you could tell by their cheeks that they were smiling when taking your order or bringing your food / drinks. I rate this hotel 5 out
The Hotel is huge! Lost our way many times but with the help from the staff we got to our destination. They had many things to offer that you can do to just relax and enjoy your stay. You don't even need to leave the premises at all, they got you covered with everything. Even included a mini club (childcare or a camp) for the kids to attend few hours a day to socialize and learn new things while you relax they get entertained. My boys loved being there with very friendly personnel each & every day. As a family we enjoyed the shows every night they had different groups performing at the theater. Through out the hotel, personnel were extremely professional and helpful. Always there when you needed them.We also loved their food a lot, everyday they had a wide variety of food with
We visited as a couple in September for 9 nights and found the hotel to be amazing - on arrival we paid €10 per night to upgrade to a sea view room overlooking the golf course which was well worth it for the beautiful views. The pool areas are lovely and there is lots of entertainment throughout the day. The water slides are really good which surprised us - we were expecting them to be tame but they were really fun! Food is good, the same standard as other all inclusives I have been to, and the staff are wonderful - very welcoming, friendly and fun, especially Serap and Dogan. Perfect party friends too! My boyfriend played golf and was very impressed by the course. The weather when we visited was perfect, 28-30 degrees with a very welcome breeze from being so close to the sea.
We have been in this hotel for 1 week (from 08.09.20 untill 15.09.20). I can truly recommened this place for big families with young kids. First of all, food is an essential thing while you are on vacation, here we did not struggle w/ it at all. There is a wide choice of any type of meal,which will satisfy any exotic tastes. Second of all, the beach takes around of 9km, so it is not overcroweded. Third of all, the amount of swiming pools is surprising. Kids can mostly spend time in them, whereas their parents can find the sea as a gorgeous place to relax near by. Third of all, every ecening we were entertained by stuff, who have made an excellent job. DJ/ Live music/ parties/ show which was made by professionals. We would like to thank enterntaiment team. They were awesome.

When we came to hotel we actually loved it and we spent really good time in this hotel. We were very happy, we would like to come again. Everything was great. The animation was great,especially the kids ' club .
Came here for a short break and the hotel, beach, and hotel hosts were absolutely fantastic !! Dogan and Serap were the most amazing hosts making us feel so welcome from day one. Loved our stay and will definitely be going back again sometime soon.
We had a great holiday here. We found really good precautions in place for covid. The weather was lovely and the staff all friendly (with a special mention to two of the animation staff Mr.Dogan Miss Serap!)
