RatingMy experience with Titanic Mardan Palace was amazing ! My first impression was just WOOOW! The Palace is wonderful and the structure beautiful! The staff is professional and lovely ! Big Thanks to Tülay, Samara, Kadir and all the others (I can’t remember all the names). They all want you to feel special. nFood is really tasty and the buffet is changing every day with some specialities! nThe rooms was clean, full of accessories and the bed was really comfy! nWiFi is available everywhere even on the beach and no issue with it. The signal is excellent everywhere in the resort! nThey have one restaurant and bar open 24/24. We arrived late and found this place to eat a really good meal! You’ll also find a bakery open until 10pm! A nice place to enjoy a really good dessert with a coffee or special tea (they have plenty of good teas)! nI only can highly recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed ! For sure, if I plan to return inTürkiye, I’ll chose Titanic Mardan Palace!!! Many thanks for this experience and hope to see you soon!!
We stayed at the Titanic Mardan Palace Hotel in Antalya. The room was very comfortable and the service was very excellent and we will plan to stay there again. We especially enjoyed beinv able to rest while there and we slso made friends while in the hotel.
Im very pleased to rate spa here, MARDAN SPA is always even better than you are waiting. Stuff is helpful and very polite. Massage is great. I have huge experience in that. Love massage and take every possible time. All of I made here was marvellous, face and body, relax and pilling in sauna. All saunas was great and very clean.
We spent a week at Titanic Mardan Palace with our teenage sons and loved every minute. The lobby is simply stunning, and perfectly sets the tone for what is to come. We booked a poolside suite which was spacious, modern, very comfortable and spotless. The outdoor private seating are is very generous and the lads spent many hours in the pool just outide the room. nThe swimming pools, which are enormous, were extremely clean and free of leaves despite it being Autumn. The very impressive and hugely enjoyable facilities and activities meant that we didnt venture outside the Hotel all week, which is a first for us. nThe foot was excellent. The buffet provides a wide array of options, we only had lunch once as breakfast kept us going, although we did enjoy copious amounts of ice cream and waffles. nnThe bars were plentiful and you are free to avail of them to your hearts content.nnThe staff, from the reception to the waiters to the cleaners were wonderful and complemented the Hotel perfectly. They were very friendly, helpful, well versed and professional in their roles. We were assigned private guests assistants - Sabrina and Sefer, who set up a whatsApp group to deal with any queries and so that the itinerary for the days events could be sent on. nnDespite the number of bars, there was no rowdy or boisterous guests and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.nnI would highly recommend the Marden Palace and will definitely be back again.

Returned from a 10 day holiday with my husband, 3 and 5 year old. We had an amazing time and are looking for 2024 already! It’s our first holiday as parents where we actually felt like we had a holiday too.nnFirst impressions - entrance very grand, hotel smells absolutely amazing . I was a bit disappointed to not be given a welcome drink or be assigned an assistant , but we arrived early hours and I think service had ended. This was soon rectified in the morning. nnWe opted for a family room. Ideal size, very clean and beds very comfy.nnService- overall great. The odd time where we had to wait/chase up drinks but think that was due to technical issues. nnfood and drink- amazing! Best we have had at an all inclusive. Tried 5 of the al la cartes (Turkish, Italian, fish, teppenyaki,steak). All were great! If we had to choose a favourite , it would have been the Turkish , followed by the fish restaurant. The food in the buffet was always fresh and a great temperature- my husband wish we had had more time to eat there too.nWe found the 24 hour bistro handy and I particularly loved the burger and chips. Whatever seasoning is put on the fries is special! We couldn’t get enough. nnPools- great. Some were heated- not as hot as hoped but still made the temp more bearable. nnKids club, amazing! Our boys loved going to visit each day with us. Deana was particularly stand out for us and really patient with our children.nnWe would recommend a day in a cabana! Totally worth it- our faves were on the beach so kept the children entertained too.nn
This is definitely a 5* hotel. nn1. Exceptional things: nnBreakfast. Best ever. So much choice. nnBeef Grill Restaurant - the chateaubriand was delicious and the flame cooking a real spectacle! nnPools nnPatisserie - amazing nnStella and Sapore nnGenuine all inclusive with no wristbands and amazing choice. Ordering via app easy and swift. nnActivities - including aerial yoga! nnAccess to the sea - lovely first thing in the morning! nn2. As expected for hotel in price range: nnLunch and Dinner nnSpace - did not have to ‘compete’ for loungers etc. nnDecor nnRoom cleanliness nnStaff team - efficient and do their roles but not friendly. British guests may find them less warm than in other European resorts. I couldn’t fault their work and don’t personally care about ‘friendliness’ but if you do then you’d be disappointed I think. Breakfast employees had to be prompted to serve drinks. Not a problem at other times of the day. nnWe had one of the cheapest rooms. View wasn’t great and some noise from other resorts but easily rectified by paying more. No desire to spend time on balcony. nnSpa offering and price nnReliable Wi-Fi in all parts of the hotel.nn3. Could do better: nnFelt the carpet in lobby needs a deep clean. Some of the paler areas were bit grubby and not in keeping with general grandeur of rest of hotel. nnDid not like the explicit lyrics in songs blasted by the pool. Especially during workout sessions. We don’t have children so did not feel aggrieved enough to complain but would have been annoyed if we did and think English versions of songs should be ‘clean’ versions in a non-adult resort. One song contained a repetition of a very offensive and derogatory term which I found shocking - clearly no-one had checked it! nnTell you on check-in that there’s a QR code that gives you all details on the key card envelope. The TV channels didn’t tell you and nothing in room so we searching for opening hours/how to make reservations on the website. We didn’t realise for 2 days as thought it was just a logo! nnOverall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. This is rare as we like to explore new places but felt we just scratched the surface in 1 week (2 days we spent in Cappadocia) and there is more to enjoy at the resort.
the hotel was really amazing, and you will never get bored. Also you can try delicious and tasty food. Moreover, entertainment system is really improved. Daily you can participate on different types of parties. And one thing that needs to be said, is that, my parents were surprised by live music on the bridge. Furthermore, my grandparents have got spent lovely evenings in hotels lobby, thanks to amazing concerts. nBut for me, the most critical aspect was parties in the MYCONDS club. Of course, there are working attentive and friendly workers. And next year, me with my family are going to repeat that holiday.nn
The most beautiful hotel, perfect meals, rooms are very beatiful and have some especial atmosphere there! Staff is very politely!! Very tasty coctails, food, ice cream, deserts!! Also it is terrific pier in hotel where u can jump into the sea. It is very nice beach volleyball place!!
Returned in September after a disappointing week weather wise in May and didnt feel we got the best experience but in no way related to the hotel. Had a smaller pool view room this time but perfectly beautiful, nothing missing/required. Fabulous throughout, food, staff, service exceptional. Totally love beach and pier, great service. Entertainment second to none. Cant wait to come again x
Quirky Titanic theme. Main restaurant busy but always a good selection.nIndian restaurant option was really poor. Pools out of this world. The evening entertainment was some of the best we have encountered within a hotel. Pool bar service by roller skate a nice quirk.
It was a most wonderful experience staying at this facility; food was good, accommodation was first class, and the staff went beyond that which was expected of them. I must single out one member of staff Sabrina Sliti guest assistant who catered to our every need and above all was an exceptional professional. I will be back
