Nice spa and facilities. Not the stereotypical Magaluf experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and location are great. The gym was nice and almost always empty.
Everything- free upgrade to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was incr. Staff were great, when our mini fridge wasn't working they replaced it

Lovely stay! Good location, excellent amenities including two pools (one of which was an infinity pool), a gym, complimentary breakfast and dinner every day and direct access to the ocean where you can even snorkel. The view itself was amazing too, overlooking the ocean especially from the 8th floor The staff were all so helpful and polite, happy to tend to our needs as much as possible. I can't recommend this hotel enough - I think it's much closer to a 5 star rather than 4 star Value wise, the complimentary breakfast and dinner actually make it a very compelling offer. If you're ever in Mallorca, I definitely recommend staying here (please note, not all Elbas are of similar standard - Elba Madrid is for example one hotel I would not recommend)
