Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Golf

First review written on Trip Advisor as this is the best family holiday we’ve had. Stayed with two boys aged 10 and 11 for ten nights who loved every minute. Wish we’d booked to stay longer. We’ve been to many 5 star Turkey hotels but this trumps them all. The location is close to the airport and in a beautiful area. Superb layout and facilities that are really open so you don’t feel claustrophobic . The lake houses are stunning and worth upgrading to. We had a ground floor swim up room that was stunning. Food is excellent with lots of choice and cocktails also superb. Kids also had fantastic choice of mocktails. They loved the food choices. Especially the snack bars at lunch time. Entertainment was first class and the kids facilities are extensive. There’s always something for them to do. Amazing Youngster club. Staff really make this hotel. From the Youngster club staff, lifeguards, bar and restaurant staff they are all polite, well mannered and lovely. Deniz in the main restaurant really looked after us. We loved the Ibiza vibe of the beach bar at 5 and the lake houses bars/snack areas where we could have sat all day. Such a relaxing lovely place that we are looking to book again already. Genuinely don’t want to leave! We will be booking to return.

Possibly the best all inclusive we have ever been to Staff are brilliant, great service, nothing is too much trouble at all Food is lovely from the buffet to the snack bars to the patisserie to the restaurants. The paid restaurants are worth the money and we loved the asian one! Fantastic! Cocktails are fabulous Nothing bad to say, we have loved this place!!!

I don’t often write reviews but had to on our return from Hilton Sarigerme resort. On arrival we were welcomed with a refreshing glass of lemonade which was much needed after an early morning flight. Staff were so friendly on check in and provided information on the resort. It’s so big and there so much going on, it is much needed but you soon get your bearings. There are QR codes around the resort which help as you can download weekly activities. The resort really is beautiful and on walk to the pool we regularly commented on the how picturesque the resort is, the plants are so colourful and the grass so green. It is evident how incredibly hard the staff work to make the resort feel luxurious. We regularly saw the gardeners out tending to the gardens, paying such attention to detail. The lifeguards are amazing. They took the time to get to know our kids names and there was one male lifeguard, Ishak, who would regularly chat to my oldest son. They are on the ball from the moment the pools/slides open and really ensure the safety of all the kids. The staff in the restaurants/snack bars are also incredible. The chefs and waiting staff work so hard throughout the day to ensure a lovely experience for everyone eating at the buffet/restaurants. The food is delicious, so much choice and caters for people with various dietary requirements. The kids club is fantastic. We went to the activities with our kids as we liked seeing them take part but parents can leave them there once registered. All the staff were great there too, special mention to Ahmet, our kids thought he was amazing. The activities are so varied and there is lots to keep them entertained. There is even a farm. We loved kite making with the kids and watching them fly them on the beach. Ahmet played kids music on the way to the beach made my kids smiles and laugh. There is so much for kids to do, from games, toys and play equipment in the kids clubs to the slides in the water park. We couldn’t ask for more. A bonus the kids loved was the free Carpi hat and turtle back pack. Over all we had a truly wonderful stay. This was perfect for families but I would say it accommodates all ages and they pay special attention to ensure there are kid free zones for people looking to have more of a relaxing experience. I feel that as a family we were able to relax and enjoy the things we like as much as the kids benefitted from their activities, I.e., cocktail at the beach bar, evening entertainment. We often went from mini club disco to the evening show but on days the kids were tired we stayed for the kids club cinema. Special mention to Acro Africa, such a great show. You could tell the audience loved it. The only negative was the cost of the à la carte restaurants. The experience itself was good. We enjoyed a change of scenery from the buffet and food was presented nicely and tasted good but the food in the buffet is also really good so I think I would probably avoid the extra 100 euros if visit again. It’s expensive on top of what we paid. Overall a really wonderful stay and we have left with the best memories. Thank you to all the staff!!

Excellent hotel. Lots to do for children and adults. Food and drinks very good and the speciality restaurants were amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The kids club had loads of activities and there’s plenty dotted around the hotel (lawn noughts and crosses, giant chess, pool table, foozball etc) Also a small farm with chickens, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs and peacocks attached to the hotel so a nice little change for the kids from the pool. Choice of pools was great! Baby pool for the little ones and smaller kids skids slide pool. Then The adult/older kids slides were fantastic. The rooms were cleaned (no easy feat with 2 kids!) and mini bar restocked daily, thanks to Dilek Eimek and Leyla Yaear for keeping on top of it for us! The evening entertainment was brilliant! The best I’ve seen in hotel entertainment! Snack bars had delicious food and were always accommodating for our large party of 13. Ice cream available throughout the day and a very tasty patisserie ensured that there’s always something available at every time of day. Choice of bars was great with an adult only rooftop bar for some child free drinks if desired (or needed!) Overall brilliant holiday and will definitely recommend! Another brilliant stay at the Hilton! Huseyin Katikaya was absolutely fantastic and made our stay truly special. Whether at breakfast or dinner, he was always attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring we had everything we needed and consistently going the extra mile. His excellent service, warm personality, and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience, and he is a real credit to the team. Thank you, Huseyin, for making our stay so memorable.
