Travelling with Jet2 meant my expectations were high but Kaya Belek hotel staff exceeded all I could have hoped for. Kaya Belek hotel were excellent and delighted us all with every aspect of our holiday experience. The hotel was lovely, the food delicious and varied, and the entertainment team were superb, amusing and really made our holiday - Kuvvat, Daria, Yasin, Mamie and Hakan were the most amazing hotel staff.
We were impressed with the hotel and the staff. The animation team were brilliant throughout our visit, and our son loved interacting with them on a daily basis, especially Halil, who went above and beyond for us during our weeks stay. Always plenty of choice of food in the buffet restaurant. Gardeners kept the ground looking amazing. Bar staff in the lobby and pool bar were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic weeks holiday. nHowever, summer season was advertised as starting on 1st April (our travel agent double checked dates before we booked) Upon our arrival (3rd April) the hotel was still in winter season so alot of the facilities wed booked for werent available!! When we asked at reception about it, we just kept getting told, Not in winter season.nDisappointed but we still really enjoyed our holiday.
I , my son and two of his friends visited and played 6 rounds of golf (4 rounds Kaya Palazzo Golf, 1 Montgomerie Maxx Royal and 1 in Sueno Pines). nThe hotel was very nice, the food and the service were very good price-quality. nOne of our players had to have gluten free-meals and it was very well handled by the Chefs. Before every meal they showed him every gluten free-options. nKaya Golf was very nice course, Montgomerie Maxx one of the best courses in Belek.nI have visited several hotels at Belek (Zeynep, Sirene, Sueno) and I think Kaya Belek has the best price-quality. Only minuses were that the isolation between rooms were not good and sometimes wifi did not work at hotel room.
Where to start… First appearance was impressive, nice foyer and friendly welcoming reception, four of us booked in for a weeks golf, 2 x 5th floor rooms, both reasonably furnished, welcoming pack of fruit and a bottle of red wine, view from balcony was stunning, sea and pool view… Food, no complaints, whatever you fancied to eat was there for you, the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, probably not fair of me to name just one but I must give out a shout to Aysel who looked after our breakfast table, thank you Aysel you were great… Halil, who was entertainment in the main bar area also deserves a mention..Gym, pool, steam room, Turkish bath and sauna all used and no complaints, couple of the guys had a massage and loved it… On one of our non golf days we hired a car and took in The resort of Side and visited Aspendos… great trip, what history Turkey has..nThe golf… played Kaya, Nobalis, Montgomery and Carla, superb doesn’t cover it..nCan’t wait to do it all over again next year…⛳️nAndy L

As 3 friends we decided to have a short holiday in Kaya Belek. First of all I have to say that price/quality rate of this hotel is high in my opinion and in sum we are happy from our holiday but Lets go more to the details and evaluate the facilities.nDespite the reservation from one of the most famous travel agencies of Turkiye (ETSTUR) and my notes regarding a silent nice room as an old client of them, we were given maybe one of the worst rooms of the hotel by the receptionist lady. Despite my request she replied that this room is a spacious jungle view room, when we entered the room I saw no jungle but the concrete roof of the hotel entrance and on my right hand car park of the hotel, the room was located in front of the football teaching class :) Room 1101, so I come to the conclusion that receptionist lady heard nothing from our speeches. Well later with the aid of guest relations Miss Derya we were accommodated in a better room.nDespite Kaya Belek is an old hotel rooms are clean, modern and practical. Nice flat TV, Spacious shower and toilet and a small nice balcony. Disadvantage of this room was there was no drying sticks for clothes in the balcony so many people have to dry their clothes on the chairs or bars of the balcony. In addition like many other all inclusive hotels 2 small beers could be added to the minibar in addition to the soft drinks.nRegarding the food and beverage system of the hotel I have to say that quality of the soft and alchoholic drinks were acceptable. We drank nice cocktails in the lobby bar and Irish bar and enjoyed the nuts and pattiserie sweets. The food at the main restaurant was acceptable including Turkey meat, beef and chicken. It could be better that lamb meat was added more to the program. In addition there could be a special night to serve the best local food for the guests as Turkish Doner and Fish nights. Nothing happened. During 3 days I saw no special night or day as a local food festival for the guests despite there were a lot of international guests in the hotel. But altogether the quality of food and drink was acceptable but as I said management should surprise the guests , it should not be a regular boring system.nRegarding the bars of the hotel I have to confess that absolutely for a hotel more than 100000 m2 area only one bar was not enough. Many guests from cold European countries were in the hotel sunshining around the outside swimming pool but if they wanted to drink something how can they provide that? They should walk back to the lobby around 500 m ? Poor bar should definitely be open in winter time and serve people who are outside the building.nStaff of the hotel were perfect , bar staff all girls and boys thanks to all of them . With great care and patience did their job, served delicous drinks for the guests. Also cleaning team got acceptable point from me. Thanks to cleaning team, Thanks to animation team and thanks to guest relations team Ms Derya. nAnimation team of the hotel could be more proactive. I dont remember that I was invited to an activity during the day. Normally members of the animation team should give extra energy to the guests, advertise the daily activities such as dart, boccia and other games. I saw nothing from them except the nice live music program in the first night and song contest in the second night. But I want to also thank them , just a small note I think the young girl member of the animation team must establish a more friendly relationship with the guests. nThe location, atmosphere and landscape of the hotel is great, you can walk inside the hotel watch or play golf , take breath among the threes, Large area.nLast note is that hotel management and ownership has done a great humanitarian act and accommodated around 200 people from the earthquake disaster. In addition to the guests from Russia, Sweden , Slovakia , Turkiye and etc. nTotally I thank the manager of the hotel Mr. Hakan Kaya and thanks to the Guest Relations manager who answered and solved all our requests during our stay.nn
Hotel is superb in terms of setting, location and staff could not be more accomodating and welcoming. Management spoke to us almost daily and would check how we were enjoying our stay in a genuine and friendly way. nFood was absolutely delicious and selection beyond anything we had experienced before.nOnly issue that the process of booking restaurants (they have 3 a la carte) was not entirely smooth or clear and this could be improved.nReally enjoyed the warm indoor pool and spa which had 2 saunas and a steam room.nFor golfers it is a huge hit, set between 2 courses with an academy too.nFor us, the most amazing part was the view of the sea, absolutely breathtaking and beyond words.
It was our first vacation in Turkey but not the last for sure! We visited Kaya Belek in August 2021. We have two old year son so it was really good choice. It is perfect place for families with kids. The room was clean and spacious and we had a beautiful view from our room. The food was very tasty there was really a lot to choose from. We appreciated the wide selection of vegetables, fruits, pastries... The biggest THANK YOU belongs to the hotel staff. Receptionists, cleaners, waiters and chefs from the restaurant, but also from the pool bars, animation team, older lifeguard from the childrens pools (he was super nice to our son), staff who took care of the gardens. I can not forget to mention the animation team! They were awesome! Everybody was super nice and friendly. It was lovely to see what a fun the kids had with them. Our son loved the Mini Disco in the evening and we liked the evenings shows as well. Nowhere else have we found the hotel staff so helpful and polite. This fact made our vacation really very pleasant and unforgettable.nThe only thing that took us by surprise, happened on our last day. We traveled with TUI travel agency. Just before we left to the airport, a manager from Relations came to see us. In german language she asked us how we liked the stay, etc ... When I asked her to speak in english, she was surprised and asked, “So youre not Germans?!! So I wish you a happy journey! ”She turned and left. We were shocked and disappointed. Does this indicate that if we are not german citizens the hotel is not interested in our opinion? !! We would expect a completely different approach from the manager of the hotel management! It is a pity! Despite this inconvenience, we have decided to visit your hotel again this year! We cant wait. See you in June 2022!
