Cornelia De Luxe Resort

First time in this hotel with a golf friends and youth sport golf club. We were very satisfied, perfect value for money. The staff was very friendly, helpfull. Especially big thank you to girls at yoga, Olga and Regine (Sorry if I did not write the name correctly). That was exceptional experience for us. I wish we come back soon and can meet both fantastic uoga instructors again.

I honestly can say that this hotel deserves 7 stars. If the pools weren’t so cold I would give it 10 star. Everything was just perfect. Food , entertainment, staff , rooms . The staff will spoil once you enter the hotel until the end and you don’t want to go back home. There was so much of variety of food . Everything was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.

Quality and variety of the food was excellent. A la carte restaurant visit, although more expensive than some other hotels was brilliant. All the staff were very good , helpful and attentive. Special mention to Oguzhan in the main restaurant who was exceptional and Ahmed one of the waiters was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Used guest relations and reception a couple of times and they were very good. Concierge staff went out of their way to help make our holiday as good as it could be. Will return.

We enjoyed the holiday so much. Specialy thank you to the hotel staff for making our holiday full of activites and fun.. The food was delicius, atmosphere pleasent, the interest of staff was exeland, they make you fell very speacil. :) As the hotel is not very big, it easy to reach the restaurants, bars or pool. The hotel is very close to the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves, it's amazing.

Lovely hotel have stayed a few times before definitely has improved on some areas the food is fantastic in the main restaurant,the a la carte restaurant have gone downhill a bit food isn't as good, not as many sunbeds around the swim up pools,the drinks are not fantastic, cocktails were disappointing, also the patisserie wasn't great it had the same cakes as in the restaurant, definitely looking dated now compared to newer hotels in Belek.

We stayed at the Cornelia De Luxe in September 2023 We landed at 15:00, disembarking, passport control and baggage reclaim took 30 minutes, leaving the airport building at 15:30. We got on our TUI coach which left at 16:00. It was a long transfer with many dop-offs, arriving at the hotel at 5:20pm, we wished we had taken a private transfer (about 40-45 minutes). Check-in was quick (one other couple arrived at the same time). We were given a resort map, info about the restaurants, pool towel cards and were told how to find our room (1260), we were not required to leave any credit card details. Our cases were delivered a minute or so after we got to our room. The room was smaller than expected compared with the hotel pictures, but adequate. There was plenty of hanging space, very little drawer space and not much shelf space. The bathroom arrangement was unusual – the bathroom was less than 6 feet square containing the bath with rainfall shower head and a wall mounted shower head and the toilet. The basin was next to and OUTSIDE the bathroom in an area off the main bedroom area. The shower water temperature varied wildly while showering! Liquid soap and shampoo were in dispensers over the bath and basin and were quite difficult to squeeze. Wi-Fi was generally good in the bedroom. The minibar was replenished daily. The TV had about 6 English speaking channels. On the first evening we went to the Buffet restaurant, there was a general bustle but not too crowded, there was no difficulty in finding a table, the food was good and varied. The staff serving drinks were efficient and friendly. The next day we booked the a la carte restaurants for all our evening meals, there are only two open each evening. You can book well in advance, you can even email your bookings to the hotel prior to your arrival. There is a charge of 15 Euros per person for each of the a la cartes. The Barbeque also needs to be booked but there is no charge. We tried them all and they were all excellent. We had breakfast at the main buffet restaurant, again a very wide choice of food but, of course, no bacon (unlike many hotels in Turkey they did not have the substitute of “beef bacon”). For lunch there is the poolside Daphne bar/restaurant or the main Buffet restaurant. All the restaurants have a “casual” dress code so shorts for men is OK. In the evenings in the a la cartes a little under half the men chose to wear long trousers and most ladies were smartly dressed but it was rare to see long dresses. The pools were clean although, due to a slightly low water level, the skimming of surface oils and debris was not effective and late in the day a film of oil could sometimes be seen. Wi-fi around the pool was patchy, we had to keep disconnecting and reconnecting. We were given two pool towel cards but we could have as many towels as we wanted. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pools, on the grass and in the shaded sanded areas. Only a few were reserved by guests very early but there was never a problem finding somewhere even late on. The policy of removing towels and belongings before 9am was not used, possibly because there was no need due to the high availability of sunbeds. The daily daytime activities were the same every day, run by an enthusiastic team. Some activities were very popular and some were not at all. The evening entertainment was varied and generally “ok to good”. They cater for very young children but there didn’t seem to be much for 5 -12 year olds to do. The water slides had a minimum age limit of 12 years. The whole resort was kept clean and tidy. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. There was no pool side drinks service so you had to go to the bar to order but at the Daphne the staff were happy to bring your order to your sunbed if you wished. There were fridges around the pools that were kept stocked with bottles of water for you to help yourself. For anyone wanting fake designer goods or good quality leather goods, Belek town is a 7 Euro taxi ride away. Haggling on the price is the order of the day. The staff make this place. As an example of good service, on our last day we went to the buffet restaurant 10 minutes before it was due to open, the manager gestured to us that it would be 10 minutes so we sat outside (out of sight of the entrance) but less than 10 minutes later he came and found us to tell us it was open. On our first day the in-room safe was not working properly and it was changed almost immediately. An excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone (though may be less so to people bringing 5-12 year old children). I’m surprised it is only rated 42 out of 95 hotels in Belek on Tripadvisor, I expected it to be in the top 10.

4 of us (adults) had been for the second time here after the previous year's fabulous experience. We go to the Antalya bay for sunny vacation every year since 2004 , sometimes twice in a summer. So far this hotel is the best from many aspects. The waiters' are very helpful in the restaurant , the choice and freshness of food is above average just like the variety of beverages in the bars. Bar tenders are quick and the English communication is adequate ( German and Russion too). The clean pools and sufficient number of sunbeds provives calm days with no rush , similarly the number of tables in the restaurant ensures an immediate enjoy of meals and drinks without hunting for table. The entertainment team (they call them animation staff) members do not bother you (unless you initiate eye contact with them when they pass by) like in other hotels so you can stay at your place all day relaxed. We also appreciated the fact that for our request the room reservation staff provided very good location of the rooms next to each other (our doughter and niece in the second room). The room cleaning and minibar service was problemless. We plan to go back in the next summer too.

Our party of 8 (Oliver Kearl), had a wonderful time with the unlimited golf package. The staff were very professional, friendly, courteous, at times very funny, warm and very welcoming. The golf was also very enjoyable and well-managed. Overall this was an excellent break and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. Special mention and thanks to Mustafa and Liza in the main bar for their good humor and excellent service.

10 out of 10 Hotel and staff was perfect for our group of 8 on a golf break. Clean as a whistle food was more than adequate. Bars and entertainment great. Used the spa #Turkish bath # sports massage Good value Beach was lovely plenty of lay beds water slides were still open in November. Played table tennis and pool tables included for free. Transfers to golf courses was great. Will probably return to This hotel next year.

This resort is the gift that keeps on giving WOW WOW WOW from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave! The resort is immaculately clean welcoming! with a fine attention to detail! However the greatest asset are the Staff i will not mention anyone individually as all the staff we engaged with were all very polite smart courteous and eager to please! The food & beverage was extensive fresh and cooked to the highest standard This hotel complex has raised & set the bar so high! Thank yous all for making our 7 day break so relaxing

First time at Cornelia deluxe and certainly not the last. Would recommend strongly if you were considering going. Fab food. Fab service. The staff across the board were quality. Rooms were spotless after the Chambermaid had been to clean. Just cannot praise the hard working staff any higher. The Daphne bar for food in the afternoon was excellent so many good choices. The main restaurant once again great food. The hotel has 5 al a carte restaurants 15 Euro per person. However did not feel the need to use them such was the quality elsewhere. Barbecue 3 nights a week was fabulous. The beach bar was a great place to have a drink a nice sea breeze . Top branded drinks. So many staff to praise. One man though was Serena one of the head waiters I don't no if this man ever slept. You would see him morning afternoon and teatime he was excellent at his job. A mention also to Mustafa a charming man. Thanks Cornelia and to all your amazing staff

We've stayed at this hotel and it's sister hotel several times but a few years ago. The standard unlike other hotels in the area is just as good as it always has been, if not better. Good imported premium drink range and the food in various restaurants was really good too. We didn't eat in the main buffet restaurant but there looked like there was a lot on offer. The service was really good around the hotel, staff were very helpful and also a big plus the hotel in all areas including the toilets were kept immaculately. We stayed in a bungalow, which are in the grounds on entry to the hotel, we wouldn't book one of these rooms again as they're in blocks and very dark. The accommodation was spacious but lacked light, a full-length mirror and the minibar was a bit hit and miss too. Overall a really nice stay, we've stayed in Turkey an awful lot over the years in Lara and Belek and had come to the conclusion that the standards were dropping so wouldn't return, so glad we did! Would definitely go back.

This was the 9th time we've stayed at this hotel and it only gets better. That should say it all really. Probably the best thing about this hotel is the staff. So GENUINELY friendly and helpful. This complemented by the food and service makes The Cornelia De Luxe just EXCELLENT.

Just back from yet another wonderful stay at the Cornelia De Luxe Resort. The rooms were great and cleaned everyday. The staff always greeted you with a smile and couldn’t do enough for you. Big thank you to Piril and the girls in guest relations who booked our la carte restaurants. Big thank you to Emrak our waiter who need never left us with an empty glass. If you are looking for a luxury 5* all inclusive hotel then choose this one.

On arrival the staff were very attentive, luggage swiftly taken to our fabulous rooms, the Junior suite. Lots of lovely treats, full mini bar. The cleanliness was brilliant everywhere, maids in everyday. Food was excellent where ever we eat. Great entertainment. Staff were great! The men enjoyed their golf together. Weather was fab. Plenty to participate in if you want to, lots of pools, sea was beautiful. Very enjoyable, relaxing and memories made. Couldn't fault what was on offer as an all inclusive package. Would recommend.

4 of us went on an 11 night holiday to this hotel. This was our friends 1st visit to Turkey so we were hoping that they'd enjoy it. After a late flight we arrived at the hotel at about midnight and checked in. The guy on the check in desk was very pleasant & helpful and gave us a nice surprise as he advised that we had both had our rooms upgraded from a Garden room to Junior Suites. Great way to start the holiday. The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant near our rooms which offered a good buffet selection and had an 'Egg' station to provide omlettes and fried eggs. After breakfast we went to the main pool area where there was a large selection of sunbeds next to the pool plus covered areas for those who wanted to be in the shade. One thing which was a surprise but a great asset was that there were a number of Cold cabinets round the pool area fully stocked with 0.33ltr bottles of water. Perfect in the lovely sunny hot weather. We lunched daily at the restaurant near the Pool area and the food was very nice. One item that was particularly nice was the Jacket potatoes (served with Italian salad dressing), these were very big but also very tasty. It was also nice that the restaurant catered for gluten-free guests and our friend had gluten free pizzas made. The staff in this restaurant were all really friendly and served you with a smile on their face. In fact, staff in all the restaurants we ate in were very friendly/sociable and helpful and made the meals all the more enjoyable. The al-a-carte restaurants did require to be booked in advance at an additional charge of 15 Euros per person but this was worth it as the food in the French, Italian, Asian and Fish restaurants was very good, so worth the additional charge. The entertainment in the theatre was ok and the bands that played on stage on the Pool bar area were pretty good. The bar staff at all the various bars were also very helpful/friendly. In fact we didn't find any staff member that didn't seem to enjoy their job. I would also mention that the Junior suite was very nice, built on 3 levels, with steps between each level. We had a nice view of the our pool area from our balcony aswell. This hotel is one that we wouldn't hesitate on going back to as we had a very enjoyable & relaxing holiday.

What a wonderful week we had at this hotel. After having 5 stays in the Cornelia Diamond I was looking forward to a change. On arrive I must say my heart sank a little as it does not have the same wow factor of the Diamond, but that was quickly dissolved over the next few days with what I can only say outstanding service. I have never been anywhere where every one of the staff are so attentive and skilled in their duties. From every angle your needs are met. The guest relations kindly booked all my Al Le carte before my arrival and could not have been more kind. Now let me talk about the Al Le Carte, wow,wow wow they were delicious. I loved the Ti Pen, Hedera and the Sofa and Florena were delicious, and not to mention the BBQ which was set in the gardens and delicious. Can’t wait for my next visit and would highly recommend

Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday great once more. Special thanks to Elena for our room upgrade and to the lovely Piril for giving us our Platinum cards (and all the benefits that come with that) for this being our 11th holiday here. The fresh flowers every couple of days were lovely. It was great to see all the staff again who we call friends now, Sener, Saban, Mustafa K, Aytac, Mahmout and the young lads Okan, Osman and Emrah. The cleaning lady Shengu? and cleaning man Savag? trying to teach me Turkish were always here there and everywhere cleaning, cleaning. If I could refer to a previous review (August 23 someone from Albania) who wrote the hotel was very poor, this must be a fake review or they were at another hotel! They say swimming pools are dirty - this is a lie. Never seen any cleaner during the day - this is a lie. Rooms not cleaned for a week - this is a lie. The food is without taste - this is a lie. This was our 11th holiday here and we know well the facilities, the service, the food, the staff from cleaners, gardeners, bar staff, reception, guest relations are all fantastic. Hi all, firstly we are still on holiday at this beautiful, resort and I would like to give an honest review. This is probably one of the very best resorts I have ever stayed in. As you have probably read, its spotlessly clean! Staff are never off duty and they all work so very hard. All greet you with a smile and seem so very friendly. When we arrived, we were situated quite far away from the main hotel complex, and I physically could not manage the walk to the main hotel. (due to mobility challenges) I called Elana at Customer Relations who initially said that they were all booked up, but she would try. The next day she had pulled off a miracle and found us a room in the main hotel. (With no extra charge) God's bless you Elana! Piril also from Customer Relations, came to our aid when I needed medication from the nearest chemist. It was delivered to us the same day, a truly caring lady! All staff you meet go "above and beyond" to meet your needs, and to make you happy. The food is fabulous, enough choice for veggies and picky eaters. The entertainment is also excellent, with shows every night and I've learned how to shoot! I simply cannot fault this hotel and will be back. The truth about the Cornelia de lux came from the people we met. One couple have been holidaying here for 15 years. Another couple 10 years, another on their 5th year. I was blown away by how many guests return every single year.(some more than once!) The staff greet them as old friends, as they remember them and the staff turnover is so low. Would I come back? Yes, in a heartbeat. However I would ensure the hotel knew in advance about my limited mobility, so could accommodate us in advance. This is our go to hotel every year now. Managed two holidays here last year. We love it. Already booked for next year! Exceptionally attentive staff, brilliant choice of restaurants and good options. Spoilt for choice. Swim up rooms are the best with fully stocked bars that are replenished regularly. Pillow menu is good - I like a goose down feather pillow, which they provided.

Excellent hotel,if you can stay in the swim up rooms, it was like being in your own private hotel. Staff could not do enough for you especially our wonderful cleaning lady whom kept our room spotless throughout our stay. Big thanks and we'll done to the staff around the Hedera restaurant and bar, always ready to serve drinks and snacks when required. Drinks excellent with an outstanding selection of spirits and Beers. Food had something for everyone's taste though we preferred the Al a carte restaurants at €15 per person great value. We booked a cabana for the day at €100 and we would highly recommend this. Overall a massive thanks to all the staff for making this an unforgettable much needed break.

Lovely clean hotel, staff very helpful and smiling constantly, good selection on the buffet, and have a late breakfast up until 11 am, reception staff very helpful, we had a sea view room, bit noisy until late at nite with the shows, bars etc, we were up early for golf so needed to sleep , but beautiful view from balcony out to sea and pools, nothing was too much trouble at this hotel, staff are to be commended , transfers all on time thanks to Ali, and shuttle bus to the golf was excellent, although some rooms are dated, they are kept really clean , thankyou to all at the hotel who helped

Absolutely amazing 10 nights spent at the Cornelia Delux, totally spoilt from start to finish. Everywhere was spotless and the pools were amazing, we had a swim up room and we thought the pool was empty as it was so clean and clear ?? food was delicious and a big shout out to EKREM who was Hilarious and so talented, and a special thank you to EMRAH for getting my husband and son drunk ever night ?? special memories created on this holiday so thank you Cornelia Delux Belek

Great service from all the restaurants and bars, food was very good, you never had to ask for a drink as the waiters and waitresses asked you.We had a swim up room which was on 3 tier’s which had a jacuzzi bath plus well stocked mini bar and fridge. Great shows nearly every night and plenty of things to do as well, the BBQ night was very good, best hotel we’ve stayed in for service

We have stayed in several hotels in the Antalya area and this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was absolutely fantastic. We travelled out amid the August bank holiday air traffic control chaos so after a delayed flight it was gone 5am in the morning by the time we arrived at the hotel. We were greeted by friendly reception staff, checked in quickly and we’re given a room upgrade. We were originally booked in one of the garden villas and upgraded to a room in the main building on the 5th floor with a side sea view. So that got things off to a fab start! The hotel is spotlessly clean everyone and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us, cleaned every day and the mini-bar and room snacks re-stocked daily. Food in main restaurant was excellent. The choice didn’t seem as extensive as other hotels we’ve stayed at, but there was still plenty to choose from. Everything was beautifully presented, well cooked and very tasty, with attentive helpful staff promptly serving drinks at the table. We had lunch at the Daphne bar a few times, which for a ‘snack bar’ had quite a large varied menu and the food was delicious. There’s a fabulous selection of branded alcoholic drinks and a large cocktail menu all included in the all inclusive package. And an endless supply of crisps & nuts in the evening. Entertainment team work hard and there is always something going off, but there is no pressure to join in at all, and if you don’t want to take part in any activities you’re just left alone. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment- there was some great shows and themed parties. But for those who prefer something quieter the lobby bar is a popular choice with a pianist & violinist playing most nights. There was plenty of sunbeds to go round with spare beds still available at lunch time. Clean pool towels available everyday and the water park area is great fun. The beach is lovely and clean, but it’s quite pebbly going into the sea and can be a little rough on delicate feet. We had a late flight and couldn’t get a late room checkout, but we booked to use a courtesy room instead which is free of charge and worked out well. Our teenage daughter fell ill whilst we there - and the hotel nurse & doctor were absolutely fabulous arranging a car to take us to hospital to get checked out. Fortunately it was nothing serious but the prompt care & attention by the nurse & doctor helped put us at ease and the guest relations were also very helpful when they arranged for medication to be delivered to the hotel. Overall we had a fabulous chilled out relaxing holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous hotel. I can’t recommend it enough!

Just had an amazing 7 days at this hotel. It’s my 2nd time here and it doesn’t disappoint. We had a swim up room with the hot tub. Plenty of room for us. The room was kept spotless daily for us and the mini bar restocked daily too ( even the top spirits). The restaurants were fantastic, the best for us was the Tai Pen we went twice. Pools and slides are great, beach area was very nice too. Entertainment staff were fantastic that get you involved are great fun. The outdoor shows we enjoyed. We were quite happy to chill at the Olea and lobby bars just chillin. A special mention to Ayten who done an amazing job making cocktails and shots for us and even made some of my cocktails that we have at home, she’s amazing. All bar staff and waiters we met were very friendly and helpful. The lady cleaner at the Daphne bar by the pool was also very friendly and chatty. Can’t wait to return again. Missing this hotel already.

This hotel is amazing and we’ve had the best relaxing holiday. It was great hear from the staff they were treated so well by the resort as well, this makes a difference to me. For this reason, amongst many others we will be back. Massive thank you to Ayten who was great behind the bar creating cocktails with my husband. Cornelia are lucky to have you. The bar staff at the Olea bar were fantastic.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This is our 3rd visit although we hadn’t been since 2017. The welcome at reception was perfect, noted we had stayed before and noticed it was my birthday and were full of happy birthday wishes. We were shown to our room and a couple of people passed welcoming us and said would see us the next day for the games, it was the entertainment team and they remembered us the following day. All staff are absolutely amazing. Special mention to Shungul ( I am sure not spelled correctly) the lady who attends the toilets at the pool bar. Toilets are immaculate and she makes sure it’s clean before she lets you go in. Lovely lady. Also the man who cleans round the pool during the day whose name I didn’t get. Always took time to say good morning etc with a big smile. All the waiting staff are attentive and remember your name and your drinks. Nicest staff we have came across and we have stayed at a few hotels in Turkey. Food choice was good although sometimes a bit cold if been lying for a while. Lunchtime food was excellent. Cooked to order at the pool bar and served right up until about 6 o’clock. We only tried the Chinese a la carte which was excellent, you have to try the fried ice cream! We will definitely be back and would def recommend. Entertainment team were fab and no pressure to join in. No sales people round the pool selling photo shoots or spa etc which we have experienced at other hotels. We loved it. A week wasn’t long enough

We had a great stay at Cornelia De Luxe Resort in Belek! The room we were initially given wasn’t exactly what we had booked, but the staff at reception quickly resolved the issue the next morning and provided us with a new room. The room itself was nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. The pool area is great, and with its spacious layout there was always plenty of space. There is good cover under the shade too. Water slides in particular were great fun! Dining at the hotel is impressive, with a wide variety and choice at the main buffet. We did however encounter a couple of instances where the food was cold, and bought this to the attention of the staff. Lunch at the Daphne bar was excellent and always thoroughly enjoyed the food here. We also liked the Pan Asian Tai Pen restaurant and the BBQ night by the beach. I did mention that we were celebrating a special occasion, and spoke with a member of the guest relations team who said they would arrange for something special. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, but upon raising it to the head of guest relations, Piril, she ensured that there was a cake and champagne bought out for us the following night! In terms of evening entertainment, there was a good selection of shows. The Latino night and space party in particular were highlights for us. There was a lively atmosphere and great performances at these events! The staff’s willingness to address any concerns and their friendly, attentive service was a positive. The animation team work hard to make the activities enjoyable! Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at Cornelia De Luxe resort, and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing pool scene, exciting evening entertainment, good food and great selection of drinks.

We arrived on 1st September for our 5th visit to the Cornelia De Luxe (first time post COVID) and we were not disappointed. In fact more impressed. Staff are still as friendly and welcoming and some old faces remembered us. We have always stayed in the Junior Suites (swim up rooms) and had emailed to request sir if I area, we got it, no problem.. new additions were a delight, beach bar, Private Cabanas (with your own personal waiting staff fir the day) and only €100 for the whole day! We were very impressed, so much so we may do another day before we leave ???? Our room had new fluffy dressing gowns and a pillow service if you so desired, which we did this time. Fully stocked mini bar daily with 24hr room service - what more could we ask for. Restaurants and food exceptional cannot be faulted. Our daily lunch routine has always been the Daphne Bar and our waiter this year is so kind and accommodating, a sheer delight. In fact all staff are so accommodating (even when some customers/guests are rude in my opinion) . Cornelia you are a delight and we can’t wait to return next year. The Armstrong’s

From the moment we arrived we were treated very well, from the luggage being taken to our rooms and the offer of food and drink (We arrived at 12 midnight). The hotel was spotless and there were staff available at all times to help you. The first full day was beautiful with plenty of sunbeds available, waiter service, activities throughout the day and friendly staff. The food was good quality and varied enough for everyone. The minibar in the room was a great idea especially as it was all free and stocked daily, there were also snacks restocked daily with crisps and chocolate. I enjoyed the peace of swimming in one of the various large pools, sitting on the pier, reading and generally chilling out. My wife and daughter enjoyed the sun bathing. My youngest (16) is always on the go and there were plenty of activities throughout the day to entertain him. He made plenty of friends and the staff knew him by name after a few hours. The entertainment staff were all excellent and humorous throughout the stay, with the bingo caller always getting involvement and laughs from the guests. Special mention to Seman (Hope I spelt that correctly) who went above and beyond to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves and kept my son entertained all week through the activities. (He is very sporty and she was good at volleyball which he loved). There are no negatives, even small ones, I can think of about the place and I would definitely return there again. Land of Legends shopping centre and water/theme park 30 minutes away. Airport 40 mins away by taxi. Local town shopping area, 10 minutes away by taxi.

fabulous in all aspects, great food, supreme service quality. Do not hesitate to try. Basicly worth for your time and money. One of the best in area. A Great turk holiday option. Optimum size hotel for family, not small not to big. Aqua park well placed in the heart of the hotel. With enough pools around. Restaurants are in close positions with many alterations. Fantastic relaxing family holiday. Firstly all of the positives: - exceptionally clean everywhere, especially all of the outside areas - exceptional service throughout - staff couldn’t do enough for you. Yes English can be a challenge at times, but didn’t really cause any issues. - wifi - works everywhere which for 2 teenage boys was wonderful. Even on the pier you get wifi - facilities - lovely pools, slides for family fun, felt safe as lots of lifeguards and extra water activities that you could pay to do - entertainment - always something going on during the day and also evening, if you choose to get involved, but not hassled if you don’t. Music often does go on until midnight, you can hear this in the rooms at the front but was never an issue for us - food - lots of choice, we really liked the food at Daphne for lunch and snacks. See my recommendation below for 1 improvement - drinks - lots of choice, both alcoholic and non. They didn’t skimp on servings and would constantly come round and offer refills as soon as you have finished. Had most recognisable brands (for what we drank anyway) - rooms - basic, clean and had everything you needed including a free mini bar which wA Dre stocked daily. - sun loungers - lots of these scattered around the complex, we found 4 every day, but a lot of those around the pool did get reserved early - it didn’t feel over crowded, although talking to other Brits who had been before they did say it was a lot quieter than usual. We assumed due to geo-political issues for 1 nation. - we didn’t leave the resort apart from a brief trip into Belek for the market. This is good if you want some fake goods at a cheap price - Currency - we did take Lira and Euros but you don’t need to take Lira as Euros (and usd) are accepted everywhere (even in the market and in taxis) Recommendations - we just have 2 that we feel could make the hotel even better than it already is - one of our party is vegetarian and although all hot food did have basic labels it didn’t detail if it was vegetarian so they often had to ask the chef if certain food contained meat or fish. If the restaurant just added a V symbol against food that would have made it so much easier. - smoking - is allowed everywhere outside, by the pool and in the bars. If you don’t smoke then this can become annoying when you are trying to enjoy a drink or just sit around the pool. It would be great if they had a small area outside for families or non smokers that was non smoking. Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the hotel.

Wow! 5 days at this hotel was amazing, we ended our 2 week holiday in other areas of turkey here and what a superb ending - its not often my family are content to stay on resort and not get bored but this was the exception - amazing food, lovely staff, lovely clean rooms, brilliant all inclusive food and drinks with no skimping, great activities and classes, quality gym, brilliant entertainment in evenings, perfect location on the beach, huge pools where there is so much space, plenty go sunbeds and towels, stocked free mini bar etc - buffet plus 2 different a la carte restaurants every day (please note there is a 15euro charge each for the a la carte reservations - but worth the small fee. big shout out the the Ukrainian lady taking the fitness classes, she was lovely, also a shout out to Saban on the waiting staff team, he was so friendly and was great with our kids at every mealtime. I could go on and on about this hotel, and will definitely be back at some point - cant recommend it enough, we didn't want to leave!

Cannot fault it. Has the right balance between being 5 star but not so posh that you feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness and helpfulness are the two headline characteristics. In particular, if you want to explore then go to hire a car - you get a driver for the day to take you on your own itinerary - fantastic day and reasonably priced. We will be coming back and fully recommend a visit
