Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr engagiert, gleich ob Guest Relations, Reception Zimmermädchen oder Restaurant. Wenn jemand vor der Ankunft schon eine Allergie anmeldet, bekommt man ein A4 Blatt in Englisch, Deutsch und Türkisch, welches die Allergier kurz erklärt und was nicht essbar ist. Gut für den Service in den Restaurants, da nicht alle sehr gut Englisch beherschen (Gäste wie Kunden)
Drei Personen, erstes Mal im Cornelia. - Anreise mit dem privaten Auto. Netter Empfang vom Security an der Pforte. Parkplatz großzügig und geräumig. Überdacht – großer Pluspunkt. Shuttle Transfer vom Parkplatz zur Lobby. - Check in dauert keine 5 Minuten. Alles verläuft reibungslos. Zimmer kriegt ein Update auf das Hauptgebäude. Willkommens Getränke wurden uns angeboten. Nach kurzer Einweisung in den Lageplan wird uns noch die à la carte empfohlen. - Das Dreier Zimmer ist bei Ankunft bereits klimatisiert. Angebot an unterschiedlichen Kissen gefällt uns sehr. Leider funktioniert die Telefonnummer der à la carte nicht oder ist dauerhaft besetzt. Des Weiteren wird in der Leitung nur russisch gesprochen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, die Reinigungskräfte sehr nett und zuvorkommend. - Allgemein sticht das überaus freundliche Personal im Hotel hervor. Alle sind fleißig und stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. - Das Buffet (Frühstück und Abendessen) ist gut bestückt. Für jedermann etwas dabei. Wir waren von der Auswahl sehr glücklich. Einmal fand ich ein Stück Karton in meinem Walnüssen. Bitte darauf achten, ansonsten top. Die Kantine ist gut klimatisiert und stinkt nicht nach Essen. Ab und zu habe ich ein komisch riechendes/stinkendes Glas erwischt. Bitte Spülmittel beziehungsweise Maschine prüfen. Patisserie sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Angebot. Manchmal den ein oder anderen Kellner erwischt, der nicht wusste, wie man einen Cortado oder Ähnliches zubereitet. Bitte Schulen. Restaurant am Pool ist super – Angebot zufrieden stellend und lecker. - Einige der Menükarten und allgemein Aushänge müssen überarbeitet werden. Viele Rechtschreibfehler (Espersso=Espresso etc.) - Abendprogramm nicht genutzt, da es zu warm war. Deswegen keine Beurteilung - Gym sehr gute Geräte und hilfreiche Personaltrainerin. Essen, Strand alles sehr schön. Die Zimmer im Garten sind sehr ruhig. Dafür muß man einen weiteren Weg in Kauf nehmen. Wenn man Platz auf der Terasse (Hauptrestaurant) zum Essen bekommt ist der Meerblick ein Traum. Die Räume inne sind nicht so schön zum Essen. Sehr guter Service von allen Mitarbeitern.

First time in this hotel with a golf friends and youth sport golf club. We were very satisfied, perfect value for money. The staff was very friendly, helpfull. Especially big thank you to girls at yoga, Olga and Regine (Sorry if I did not write the name correctly). That was exceptional experience for us. I wish we come back soon and can meet both fantastic uoga instructors again.
I honestly can say that this hotel deserves 7 stars. If the pools weren’t so cold I would give it 10 star. Everything was just perfect. Food , entertainment, staff , rooms . The staff will spoil once you enter the hotel until the end and you don’t want to go back home. There was so much of variety of food . Everything was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.
Quality and variety of the food was excellent. A la carte restaurant visit, although more expensive than some other hotels was brilliant. All the staff were very good , helpful and attentive. Special mention to Oguzhan in the main restaurant who was exceptional and Ahmed one of the waiters was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Used guest relations and reception a couple of times and they were very good. Concierge staff went out of their way to help make our holiday as good as it could be. Will return.

The food was delicius, atmosphere pleasent, the interest of staff was exeland, they make you fell very speacil. :) As the hotel is not very big, it easy to reach the restaurants, bars or pool. The hotel is very close to the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves, it's amazing.
