Just back from our annual golf tour ( 20 of us ), 1st @ Cullinan. Awesome hotel, staff & facilities and on site courses were in best condition ive seen them in. Stayed in many ( well almost all ) the luxury hotels in Belek and this certainly is up there in the realms of the Regnum & Maxx, so much so returning with the boss ?? for Christmas & New Year as anticiapting it will be even more awesome, cant wait. ???? to all the staff and look forward to renewing friendships in just a few weeks. Just returned from the Cullinan Belec from a one week golf break. The facilities were superb including the two golf courses which were in excellent condition and great for holiday golf. The staff in the hotel always went out of there way to be helpful and were friendly and courteous at all times. The WhatsApp requests facility run by Emri and Ciser also worked very well.
This has been by far the best holiday experience ever.nFrom start to finish the food, the service and the atmosphere overall was excellent.nThere was nothing in the slightest that we could’ve complained about it was just perfect.nAll waiters and waitresses worked so hard and nothing was ever a problem to them, they presented themselves very professionally. Serkan the restaurant manager was very friendly and spent some time chatting to us, when he knew we were from Scotland he was making us laugh trying to pronounce some of our Scottish phrases.nRooms were beautiful, spotless clean with maid service every day.n10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I visited the Cullinan in October of this year. The previous year I stayed in the Titanic and following a visit to the Cullinan decide to book it for this year and we were not disappointed. We booked a swim up room with a golf view. The pictures on the website do not do the rooms justice as they are quite large with plenty of space. The only negative is that the walls between the rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours quite clearly and the closing of the doors between the rooms is quite loud. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is superb, there are always staff cleaning around the hotel and the hotel maids do a great job cleaning the rooms each day.nThe pool areas are great, the pool near the water park was busy but there were always sunbeds available throughout the day. For people without children there is another pool located near the golf course which has plenty of sunbeds and is a little quieter.nThere is a small table tennis and training area which is located beside a football pitch where kids always seemed to be playing a match. The beach area also has plenty of sunbeds and the pier down to the sea is fantastic. The gym isnt overly big but it was never over crowded and has sufficient free weights and functional equipment. I previously read some comments about the buffet not been great but I have to say I could not fault it, plenty of options and the food was always warm. The kids club has activities on during the day if you can get you kids away from the water park. The night time shows were limited during our stay, only 3 shows took place at the Diamond Centre but I guess it is down to the time of the year. The night time activities for the children is primarily aimed at kids up to the age of 7, there isnt alot for older kids to do. All of the staff were excellent, all of the waiting staff, the cleaners, the guys driving the shuttle and the guess assistants Cisir and Emre were brilliant. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, I would highly recommend it.
Amazing stay in Cullinan Belek. nnCame here already in July ‘23, wonderfully.nBut now few months later, it got even beter. Oooh yes it did!nFor the past 10 years we always stayed in Maxx royal resorts, which is Champions league level in this region. nBut it must be said, the luxury, hospitality and service we experienced this week was similar as Maxx Royal. nStaff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent variety and superb quality of food and premium drinks. nThe entire resort (in & outside) is extremely clean ! nMy family and I enjoyed it very, VERY much, so we decided to come back next summer. For sure!nnShoutout and special credits to our personal assistant Ezra. Really one of a kind. nHey Cullinan, if you are still looking for someone for employee of the month, pick her ????
From the start to end of our holiday we found the Cullinan pure luxury with superb catering on offer with Numan our amazing waiter within the buffet.nWe must say the buffet is the best hotel buffet we have had.nAll the staff through out the hotel are always smiling with nothing being too much.nThe spa is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a complete must.nEvening entertainment very professional and caters for all.nThe rooms spacious and comfortable with the most attentive house keeping.nnThe hotel is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Turkey.nnHaving chocolatiers on tap with macarons and freshly made desserts all day is just the best.nnLastly we did the ala cart Japanese with Teppanyaki display…….once again the chefs were incredible and made our last nightnnEveryone should experience the Cullinan.nn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We visited the Cullinan for the second time in October 2023. We were wowed in October 2022 and this made us book again and we havent been home a week and looking to book again! nA special thank you to Ferdi for making the best cocktails in the Irish Bar and Selim for remembering us from last year. All the staff were amazing - we loved going to the Turkish for lunch and the service from Ella was fabulous - nothing was a problem. We ate in two Al A Carts, The Steak and Teppanyaki - both work the supplement. nnThe WhatsApp worked well this time - this was available when we were there last time. Any queries answered quickly!nnKeep up the amazing work and we look forward to returning next year.
Another great family vacation. This was our third trip here and it didn’t disappoint. There have been minor changes since our last visit in April which have improved our experience. nOur guest Assistant Ezra was superb; always ensuring we were having a lovely family holiday. Hilal, also great. Both were in hand to answer questions or help with requests. Even before our trip when I asked Ezra for our same room! nStaff in the restaurants were all working incredibly hard but also polite and doting on our two children. Our usual drink orders were often remembered and brought without fuss and quickly. We could name many staff who helped enrich our stay: Elif and Naomi in a morning: welcomed us warmly to breakfast and made such efforts with our children whenever they saw them. Restaurant area Manager Yusuf Durgut also, always working hard but checking in that everything was great, trying to give us the best possible experience at the CULLINAN. He is such an asset to to company! nIt’s a great family resort with lots of things to do; from Swimming in their beautiful pools, to diving into the sea from the Pier, to watching the kids play football (and listening to Matthew coach/cheer on/encourage- he’s also a great guy!) , to sitting in the coffee shop eating cakes and drinking fresh coffee or great Mint tea. So much to do and with many many friendly staff. The hotel was full for pretty much the whole two weeks we were there but it never really felt like it, yes, a little busy at breakfast, but there was always somewhere to sit and someone to serve you drinks. The weather this October was great, just getting slightly cooler as we left and it’s certainly a month to consider going. Whimsy we went in April; the pools were beautifully heated, the winter concept was in place so the pier wasn’t open etc. nnImprovements: this is possibly only minor: nnthe games room/arcades : a few machines didn’t work and it was very warm in there. nnThe football pitch: it’s clearly had good use and developed some interesting pot holes which could potentially hurt kids ankles etc as they are told to play shoe less. So needs some TLC over winter.
