RatingOutstanding hotel.nTen of us were there this week for a golf holiday.nnFood was excellent,bars were great in hotel and also the outdoor ones.nnFrom the moment we were greeted by a lovely young lady called elnaz to the day we left the staff were great with us and so attentive.nnWould recommend the kebabs down at one of the many lunchtime stations outdoors.nnEven if you were going as a family with kids their are many swimming pools, great indoor gameland area, and a great outdoor water park.nnCouldnt fault it.
Spotlessly clean Hotel. Great choice of food plus several A’la Carte restaurants. Lots of bar areas perfect for your sundowners and cocktails. nPool areas clean and lots of sun beds available also plenty of sun beds on the beach nGreat for golfers a buggy service will transport you to the Pines and Dunes courses nWe would certainly book the Sueno de Luxe again n
Third time in Turkey for golf, had a great time at Sueno Deluxe. Id read some pretty negative stuff about the Pines/Dunes courses, but as a mid - range handicapper I found them in very good condition and a real challenge. The accommodation was excellent and whilst the buffet restaurant and midday street food areas were good, it was a little disappointing that we struggled to get booked into the a la carte restaurants - especially when they were filled with residents from the Golf Hotel. Had we been aware, we would have made reservations as soon as we arrived. With a couple of minor exceptions (slow drinks service at breakfast as drinks were not self service and the late check out shower/changing facilities) the staff and service were brilliant.nOne special point of note - the girls in customer service were exceptional from sorting out the football on the TV, copying quiz sheets and quickly sorting any minor niggles in the rooms. I was cheesed off that I lost some photos taken by the hotel photographer on the first day but a special mention to Eliya Nazari for managing to trace them a week and a half later and sending them through by email.nAll in all a very good week.
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 7 days, the hotel was good, but I expected much more from Sueno Hotel, the food was repetitive, the salads were not very fresh unlike the hotels I had been to, some of the staff were very rude, only Mrs. Emi who Being Iranian, they always guided us with a happy face and made us have a great time.nThe rooms were very clean, the sheets were changed every day, the pool was clean and nice.nAlthough my wife said several times that we came for our wedding anniversary, the hotel did not take any action. I am grateful to Mrs. Emi who remembered them and surprised us with a cake, and this shows that they care about the travelers. I thank them again??
We had a wonderful stay here on our golf package. Service was excellent and staff very friendly. There was a great selection of food, delicious cakes and our rooms were very clean and tidy. The golf courses were in excellent condition. This was our fourth time at the Sueno and we are looking to book again for next year. Fantastic faultless service. Highly recommended.
This is my second time here at the Sueno Deluxe. Came golfing with the girls last year before and loved it. Persuaded my other half to come this year, and he’s really liked it too. The hotel is wonderful. Everything you could possibly want or need. We stayed in a double sea view room which was clean spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had two sinks which I like. The view was lovely with comfy chairs on the balcony.nThe food in the main restaurant is good, with lots of choices. Hard to decide sometimes. We tried the Italian and Fish Restaurants which were both fantastic. The food was amazing. We booked both twice!nWe found all the staff courteous and very helpful. The cleaner who cleaned our room always met us with a smile and a kind word. The lady at the pool giving out towels was the same. Always happy to see you. nIt was a special birthday for me, and Eilya, who I had spoken to the year before arranged a birthday cake for me. It was lovely. As is she. Always there if you have a problem, which we didn’t. But it was good to know if we had.nMy only niggle would be getting coffee and tea at breakfast. You did have to wait quite a while. Don’t really know what the answer would be, as there are only so many staff with lots of jobs to do as well has serve drinks.nOverall we’ve had a wonderful holiday. Played golf, sat by the pool, swam in the sea and are ate and drank too much. Brilliant!!!!!n
Lovely place and lovely staff. Definitely recommended. The breakfast was excellent and the accommodation is nice and clean. There are no negatives about this trip. Great weather and beautiful beaches.
Amazing accomodation, welcome and very nice staff, delicious food, nice golf courses, everything better than perfect! This was not definitely my last visit. I would reccomend it to families as well as active people chasing the high quality standards of golf vacation.
Could not recommend this hotel higher. Fantastic place wonderful staff. Nothing too much trouble.we even had our room upgraded to a room with a pool on the balcony. We played golf on there courses as well which was also included in our all inclusive. Top quality food and drink. Definitely will be heading back.

so I didnt actually go to this hotel but my husband did on a golf trip and he says its a lovely hotel with great facilities. nit was our wedding anniversary while he was there, I emailed the hotel to see if anything special could be done. nEliya came back to me straight away providing a contact number and managed to organise a note and his room to be decorated for this special occasion. nThere was no issues at all and the communication was great. Hubby was happy with his surprise and its left yet another great memory for our anniversary. (and some nice presents for me being brought back ??)nThanks very much Eliya for going above and beyond for me even though I wasnt there to see it in person. Much appreciated
