We spent a week at KP with 3 other couples, our second visit to this fabulous hotel. Our rooms were fantastic, the service excellent and the hotel staff were very accommodating. The food and amenities were top class, the service extremely professional. We dealt with Rida on a couple of occasions and he was very very helpful in assisting us with our queries, this gentleman is the stand out feature at this hotel. We were all very spoiled with the level of attention and service we received and the day on ‘The Pavilion’ was something very special that made a great stay wonderful. Thank you to you all, we will definitely be back.

It was the best holiday so far. Every wish was read to us. Nothing was missing, whether staff, service, the room, food, SPA, massage just incredible. I have travelled a lot so far, have seen many hotels and usually I travel to different hotels, we liked the stay in this hotel so much that we will definitely come back.

This was our second visit to the hotel and we went with 3 other couples for some sun and golf. The hotel was excellent, the food choice was extensive and varied. The only slight issue was that the wines were not particularly good.nA special thank you to Rida who seemed to be everywhere and always helpful. If there were any problems he was there to assist with minimum fuss. Overall a lovely time and would definitely go back.
This hotel is amazing. It is the epitome of luxury and all inclusive fabulousness! We were here for 10 nights in October. Weather was excellent. Not too hot with a nice breeze most days off the seannWe stayed in a luxury lagoon suite which meant we had a swim up room ( pool v v v cold!) and access to our own dining area. This was a lovely added bonus. The restaurant area was beautifully styled and the food was excellent. The Turkish breakfast spread brought every morning was a sight to behold. nnWe did try out the buffet as well and it was also fabulous. The array of delicious food catered to everyone’s tastesnnThe pool area was vast and clean. There were enough little inlets and shallow areas for the children to explore and huge chest deep areas for swimming nnAgain the beach area, although more crowded than the pool, was lovely and clean. The sea was warm and clear with loads of little fish, perfect for snorkelling nnWe indulged and took a ‘room’ on the pier for the day. Now if you can afford it this was worth every penny. nnAnd the spa!!! Oh the spa. And Ugur. His massages are heavenly. nnThe only downside was that our room was very close to the road / entrance so it was very noisy first thing in the morning. If you can, request a suite more towards the middle of the resort complex. However that was the only thing I would changennJust fabulous for children and adults. Book it!!!!
Topclass hotel. Food and service was really good. Everything was clean, really enjoyed it. The indoor playground for kids age 8+ could be a bit bigger but its the only thing i would say could improve. Loved our stay here, we stayed in a Lagoon Suite, the restaurant there was immaculate.
We have had an amazing time at Kaya Palazzo. This is the second visit for me and my husband since it has been rebuilt but this time we took out 2 sons and their girlfriends who are in their 20s. From the minute we checked in they looked after us. Arif was wonderful looking after us all week and helping us to organise a few surprises for our son as it was his birthday while we were away. Nothing was too much trouble for him so thank you so much Arif and the team. Other team members were Ahmed and Joker who looked after us on our cabana day which had been decorated with balloons etc for our son’s birthday (organised by Arif). And Ibrahim in the buffet restaurant who gave amazing service and ensured our glasses were never empty. Was lovely to see Rida walking around chatting to guests, making sure everyone was having a lovely time. We remember him from our original visit about 15 years ago. Lovely hotel with amazing staff, we will definitely return again. Thank you
