- Booking and Payment: “A pre-payment of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due one month before check-in.”

- The Gloria Winter Escape Package for 14 nights can be used on different dates until 31.03.27, depending on the hotel’s availability, and can be divided into a maximum of 3 periods.
