We have just returned from an 18 night holiday in this hotel. We were a bit worried that it could be too long in the same place. But not at all, the hotel was beautiful and had lots of different pools and a beautiful beach. The poolside snack bar had a great variety of food at lunchtime, either self service or a good choice from the menu. The buffet restaurant served a lovely selection also. The service was good in both places. The pier is perfect for a few drinks at the end of the afternoon and we saw some beautiful sunsets. A special thanks to Serhat and your team, you were all lovely and looked after us very well. As did all of staff at the hotel. It was my husbands birthday during our stay and a lovely cake was sent to our room on the day. This was our 2nd visit and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

it was the best holiday we had so far. foods are incredable staff are friendly.nwe really enjoyed our time here. ı highly recommend this place . this is a place from paradise. everything you need is under this roof
Nice hotel, nice staff. Quiet, only one heated outdoor pool that seemed to get colder as the week went on. Kids slides was good and warm most days. Food for English isnt great, poor for vegetarians, this day and age they should all do quorn stuff etc. Rooms got the bedding changed everyday but when the round chinese lads cleaned the rooms they was dirty, we made a complaint and they come in and blitzed it. I wouldnt recommend a swim up room out of season they was freezing. The kids play centre and park ate really good though, very well thought of. Probably wouldnt go back but thats just because its a quiet hotel. Ps the man who works in the shop is an horrible peace of dirt, he charges quadruple the amount he should and hes the rudest person I met there, he let the full place down, Im not the only one to say it either. Theres a nice little old man who cleans up at night, he was playing with my kids most nights letting them, I was drunk one night my kids ended up giving him 150 euros, he was made up bless him.
Was here for a conference - the conference center was top notch. The setting was beautiful with lovely beach and pools. I enjoyed using the indoor pool and bowling lanes. The most important point was the amazing array of foods to suit any taste!

First time at this hotel but have stayed at lots in this region. Bedrooms very big. Everything you could ask for. Comfy bed. Mini bar filled daily with coke etc and beers. You even get crisps nuts and chocolate. Large bathroom with bath and wet room type shower. Public areas lovely. Food in main restaurant is quite good but I agree with other reviewers, the service is very poor. Difficult to find a waiter. Really short staffed. I don’t understand why as service everywhere else in hotel is great. There is a good restaurant just off the lobby called Bubbles. It is open 24 hours a day. You can get the likes of steak sandwiches, fish and chips etc. Great service and no charge. We didn’t try the a la carte restaurants as €25 just too much. Quality of drinks great. All premium brands and bottled beers. Pool area great though would like cushions for sunbeds. Pools really cold. We could not use them even though temperature in 90s. I tried indoor pool but had to come straight out as freezing. What really let the hotel down was the awful entertainment. Dance act most night in theatre for 45 minutes, that was it. Outdoor bar had Cuban band some nights. So bad we had to leave. DJ outside a few nights but no atmosphere. There was a party night one night and pool area dressed nicely. We expected a party but DJ just played boring tunes. Hotel is well out from town. No shops etc near by. Fine by me but some may not like it. Despite my moans I would come back.
Spent a week here as 2 couples.nAbsolutely fabulous. nLarge bedrooms with towels changed daily & all the toiletries you need and topped up daily.nWe ate mainly in the large buffet restaurant. Absolutely spoilt for choices and all a good standard.nThe lunch pool bar restaurant again was a high standard and plenty of buffet or food to order.nDefinitely worth paying the 25 euros each to eat at Fish & love Like a high star rated restaurant at home , superb.nWhat really makes this hotels is the staff who all work tirelessly to give you the best service and nothing is too much trouble.nHason & Moret were fantastic .nThe pier pool bar is a great place for cocktails with live music.The barman Serhat worked nonstop to keep everyone topped up.nHuge pool areas and beach with masses of beds.nLoved the yoga & pilates Really well taught & aqua aerobics was great fun with the man.nThe whole place is spotless and we will definitely recommend. nJust book it you wont be disappointed.
We’ve returned from a 10 night stay in this wonderful hotel. From the moment we entered to leaving everyone was lovely. nnThe vibe of the hotel Is so relaxed and chilled with exceptional service. Nothings perfect, but the little gripes we had are so trivial barely worth mentioning. nnGardens through to the beech, everything is great, we didn’t play golf this visit as was more a relax and chill break, but email enquires to return next year have been sent! nnA massive thanks to all the staff, what a great team! Second time at hotel, very friendly staff , rooms are comfortable and clean nFood it good and a large selection, Golf course is good and close with a shuttle bus available nthere are lots of swimming pools and the beach is close, with pier including a excellent bar
This was the second time we have been to this hotel. We went in 2022 and it was brilliant. Therefore we returned this year. However it was not as good in a few respects.nThe food was not as good as 2022. the quality was nowhere near the same. the variation of food was good but not to the British taste. (it seemed to cater more for the Russian taste)nThe service both in the main restaurant and the pool bar were not as good mainly because the waiters / waitresses did not speak a lot of English and many times brought the incorrect drink or meal. Also there did not seem to be enough staff especially at breakfast time.nOne complaint we did have both in 2022 and this year.....the hotel still allows SMOKING IN EATING AREAS and AROUND THE POOL.nIt is still a very clean hotel and the room maids are very good.
