RatingEnjoyed my short (business) stay very much... arrived evening, had programm all the next day, and left early on the last day... so i did not see the sea in daytime. Rooms, Facilities, Buffet and Staff were fantastic! I will try to come back and enjoy a little more time !n

Lovely resort well refurbished to a very high quality staff particularly attentive and pleasant particularly Osman in the a la Carte restaurant nIt was a pity the band in the evening had to play indoors rather than outdoors as our stay went past 1st November even though the weather was really warm but that’s a minor point nA very good hotel and would recommend to anyone
Estella resteraunt was excellent. The service and food was excellent., but what has made this holiday is the staff and especially Ozkan. He has made this experience unique. It was super. Very friendly personnell, very clean and tidy. The design of the restaurants in the hotel and the light concept is not very cosy. One always has the feeling of being an waiting room on a station.
I had the most incredible stay at Gloria Serenity for the second year in a row with my family. The service was impeccable and all members of staff were particularly great with my baby and young child. The resort upgrade really was something to rave about. The restaurants were amazing, we tried every one of them and I particularly loved the Japanese, Steak and French restaurants. Just one thing to note is that there is a supplement to three of the restaurants which wasn’t the case for the year before (Japanese, steak and chefs table). nnWe stayed in the garden villa which was beautiful and spacious. The only thing to note is there isn’t a downstairs toilet or a bath which would have been nice with young children. The personal assistant gave an extra layer of luxury and took away the head ache of arranging our restaurants each day. nnWe over indulged on the freshly made homemade chocolates, ice cream and cakes from the patisserie. They really were something to get excited about. nnThis really was an amazing stay and I plan to book again for next year with my family.
Stayed in the Serentity for seven nights of luxury in October. From the minute we entered we had nothing but great service. The hotel is super organised, everything works as specified. Rooms are well equipped, very smart and modern. Restaurants were great and we did try 3 paid restaurants and the Japanese was our favourite by along way. Even though we weee heading into winter, there were still plenty of guests to mingle with of all nationalities. The golf and transfers were also first class. We normally visit a Sandals in the Caribbean around this time of year but decided to give Belek a try out and the hotel, service, food and drinks were at least on par with the luxury Sandals brand. Highly recommend
Spend our fall half term here and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The service is just fantastic starting from the lovely Aygul at the reception to the super energetic girls from the adult animation team (Balnura & Adiya). The food selection will cater to even the pickiest of eaters and the restaurant & bar staff will remember your drinks preferences for future visits. The housekeeping team is always respectful and friendly.nWould love to see more lactose-free options at breakfast and bar menus, and wines other than the Turkish ones. Other than that 100% recommend
We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Gloria Serenity. We stayed in a newly renovated villa which was absolutely beautiful. Damir and Maryna were the villa guest relations staff who looked after us. They quickly responded to any requests we had, booking us restaurants and buggies etc. Oksana also checked everything was to our satisfaction. The villa was kept spotlessly clean by nThe public areas of the hotel are really tastefully done. We enjoyed amazing cocktails and my children loved the ice-cream parlour, chocolatier and patisserie.nFood was of a really good standard, lots of great choices in the buffet and the French and fish a la cartes were our favourites. The 24 hour restaurant had great food but a tendency for it to come out from the kitchen in a somewhat erratic fashion.nThe water park looks a little dated but was still lots of fun. My 3 boys enjoyed playing football and tennis too. They were disappointed with the prices in the games room though which were 4 euros a time. Weve stayed at Maxx Royal, Cullinan and Mardan before and games have always been free. nThe Olivium pool was fantastic. It was pretty busy as it is heated and has guests from Serenity and Golf using it but we always managed to get loungers. The barmen there (Ugur and Erdal) were really exceptional in the friendly service they provided and made fabulous cocktails, milkshakes etcnWe had a great family holiday. We return every October and the experience just gets better every time. This is exemplified by their brilliant staff particularly Ozkan one of the lead catering managers. On top of this the house keeping staff were brilliant.
Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, beautiful surroundings, Amazing food, exhilarating entertainment, relaxing spa! nnWe spent 10 days in Gloria in October 2023 as a family of 8 and all of us had a great time. nnThe grandpa enjoyed fishing on the river and from the boat at sea.nnThe kids particularly liked volleyball and darts.
Great hotel with a very nice venue, service and beach area! Colorful and tasteful food, fresh fruits, drinks and desserts. We highly appreciated the attention and service of our waiter Hasan Göz during our dinner, very kind and available.
