Excellent
This hotel is really great, lovely rooms, great food (all inclusive) .... but what makes it really good is the wonderful staff. Nothing is to much trouble, a definite return visit will be planned.
Fantastic hotel, exceptional staff, great golf courses around
Basically I like everything at the hotel. The staff was quite exceptional: service minded, kind, with a high standard of professionalism, next to you when you need it. The main manager was always around checking on the staff, occasionally correcting small mistakes. Facilities are fine, the transportation service between hotel and golf courses is functioning quite perfectly.
Excellent hotel and golf - just a smoking concern
Twelve of us have now visited many of the better hotels in Belek and played most of the courses. This hotel is as good as any for a group and the associated Sultan and Pasha are excellent, especially for a mixed group.nnThere was only one thing that let it down, hence four stars. nnThe hotel has a sports bar with tv, pool table etc which would have been perfect for us and would have kept us out of the more couple orientated bars. However, as guests are allowed to smoke in it; and it is poorly ventilated and too hot, it was not of any use - really horrible for non smokers. A no smoking policy in this bar would make the hotel perfect for small golfing groups and I think most people would be happy to step out onto the covered terrace to smoke.

Sublime experienxe. The service, friendliness and knowledge of the customers after a few days is heartwarming. They know your preferencer after one day. We spend a week golfing and the proximity to the golf courses, shuttle bus and quality of the golf course were excellent
Service and quality of food have been outstanding. The staff was friendly and the local food amazing.nThe number of bars around the hotels and the space available were also enjoyable. Size and quality of the room, but also the design and architecture of the hotel were impressive and made the holiday unique.

Be it the ladies in red e.g. Ece, Evelina, the porter Hassan or the perfect service staff in the bar or restaurant, you are great. nExcellent food, perfect room and venue.nEasy access and transfer to the related golf courses.
